13063 Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy Service Rd, Chantilly“I love this store and I am always shopping there, the staffs are great, welcoming, but the manager always having an attitude. Not only me many of my friends have been there and always having problem with her. If you ask for something she never come to show it to you and she always tell u or it should be somewhere there. Always having and attitude. This is the only issue we have with this store and I hope someone take action to fix this problem because she will loose customers like me.Some of their prices are over priced too.”
“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”
“Amazing store and staffs. From the management to the associates everyone that work there are just amazing. The store manager is very nice and always ready to help. He is very professional and helped my husband loads the sofa and refuse to take the tips. Going forward this will be my preferred big lots.”
“If you recently moved in, you’re looking for new items to decorate your apartment or house. This is a place where you can find ideas or options at a reasonable price”
“If you’re a toy collector or a toy reseller, find yourself an Ollie’s! Basically they sell off all the stuff that didn’t sell at regular retail and they have a LOT of things like Marvel legends, Transformers, Power Rangers, Star Wars and a bunch of other stuff for insanely cheap. Yo might find something you have been looking for for years or just something really interesting. I saw a bunch of Transformers Rise of the beasts and Beast wars rerelease stuff, Wakanda Forever stuff and even stuff going back as far as the 2017 Power Rangers Movie. An absolute Godsend for collectors of off beat toys. Perhaps you will find a few White Whales and Holy Grails, or maybe you won’t. But it’s worth rolling the dice.”
“I love 5B, but this location needs employees ASAP!!! You can walk away with whatever you want and noo ne notice it..!!! Also, there's a mess everywhere, that a consumer's fault!!”
“It’s convenient and has a decent selection. My only big issue is that I have to be very careful with what food, paper, and plastic items I get. If they are anywhere near the detergents and cleaning products the floral scents of the detergents, air fresheners, etc., contaminates other items. I just bit into a taco shell that tasted like floral soap and I have had to throw away ziplock bags because they smelled horribly of perfume even after being left to air out for a few days.
Honestly the cleaning products should be at the other end of the store near the personal care stuff, not right near the food, or maybe it is an issue with the back storage room ventilation, I don’t know. I just know that I don’t want everything to smell and taste like flowers…”
“The best DT in the area and I’ve been to a lot. So clean and organized. And the customer service is great. I buy two carts full for donations and Sacola the manager always opens up another register so people don’t wait in long line behind me. She and Miss Dani are great.”

8300 Sudley Rd, Manassas“This place is very convenient and has a lot of different snacks, from flaming hot chips that are harder to find, to the classics. They also have a good variety of bottled and canned drinks for $1, or chocolate, candy and gum. This place is widely stocked with a bunch of other things like clothes, leggings, pants, bags, and household items. Definitely recommend checking them out!Friendly, nice older man at cashier. Support local over big chains and give them a visit!”
“I order 3 cases of cat food every other month or so. I always have to lug out to car because carts can’t go out of store. Never has an employee offered to help. Until today ❤️ Rosa kindly offered to help carry out and walked w/ me to car. Thank you. Keep up the kindness.”
“I recently visited this Dollar Tree location and was impressed with the clean environment and great service. The store was well-organized and the staff were friendly and helpful. The prices for items have gone up a bit, but overall I think the quality of the store and products is still excellent. However, I do hope that the company has taken into consideration the well-being of their employees and has raised their wages to match the increase in item prices. It is important for companies to not only focus on their profits but also the welfare of their workers. I hope that Dollar Tree is able to find a balance between the two.In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, well-stocked store with friendly service, Dollar Tree is a great option. Just be aware that prices have gone up a bit, and I hope that the company has taken steps to ensure their employees are being fairly compensated.”
“We ended up a few dollars short, our other card wouldn't work. The staff actually paid for us. Soooo sweet!! We were so embarrassed but we appreciated the love. Thank you to whoever that young man was, may God bless you abundantly.
Love ❤️ from Kelsey and Lydia
Visiting from Canada ?? Turns out American's are really nice too. ?,”
“Stopped in on my 30 minute lunch break for some cute Christmas bags and some tags.. 2 lanes open for customers but only one cashier was ringing up items. In the other lane the cashier was reshopping her lane and basically ignoring that there were almost 20 peaople waiting in line. So I asked the woman, is this line open. She looked back rolled her eyes and said yeah give me a minute and she took herself a few minutes why we continued to wait. Guess Customers come second in the DOLLER TEEE.”
“Emily R. I was there when this happen. You are being dishonest. Your mother and you was rude to cashier and Manager at the time. Manager Was being kind and supportive. As well i saw you put the Glass all over close to the front door. Before you write a review be honest what you wrote!”
“Robin is an absolute god send. Long time customer and there has never been a time I have gone in this location and been treated with nothing but respect with top-notch customer. You wouldn't expect this from a Dollar tree but she's a local gem. Do whatever you need to do to keep her!”
“It's good to see that crayon companies are actually getting into the 'sanctioned' snack business. I have faith that kids these days are smart enough to differentiate. Also, well stocked on dieting pills for all you health nuts out there”
“I like this site, it has a wide variety of products at good prices, from household items, supermarkets, stationery, among others, economical items that help you solve many situations with little money. The service is really not bad, although it is practically self-service, you just take your products and pay at the checkout. It's not all in dollars, it has many items for more than one dollar.”
“Great store to grab household items. They have a lot of seasonal decorations too. This place is great for cleaning supplies, snacks etc. They were limited on toilet paper when I went today. They open up at 8:00 a.m.”
“Typically good stock, has freezer fridge section also. Always get a recipe so if you need to exchange, you can. I have had good experiences with exchange. Sticking talking place Sunday afternoon, Monday might be a good day to go. Staffers friendly, good parking, had carts. parking lot clean.”
“Had a absolutely wonderful experience. When shopping at this Family Dollar location. The staff was friendly the customer service was on point and I found everything I needed.”
“the best plato's you'll find probably in a 20 mile radius. this corporation (in so many cities) struggles so much and typically has a scam-like process in selling clothes. the little things however do make a difference. for one thing, being greeted upon walking in was a plus and great impression. The staff acknowledging and being attentive to service is great as well. you have some great front desk girls that smile and also present the store well. I was quoted a fair wait time for 2 large bags of clothes. when i returned it was seamless (there's a counter dedicated for pick up, drop off, etc) it just seems a lot more organized than the Plato's i have experienced. I always think the outcome of going to Plato's however is unapologetically disappointing, considering i had very new-like items, some with tags, and only got $30 from them for like 6 items. It does make you question their judgement because from a consumer side, i never actually FIND anything here. so it's like your just accepting whatever, not the newer better quality and brand items that belong in a second hand thrift store. Let's be honest they've always had poor judgment.
But the woman who checked me out was nice, everything was put together and I think i would return in the fall/winter at my next closet detox.”
“While I live within 1/8th of a mile from the Centerville store, I come to this one for several reasons, first, they always have in stock items that are important like paper towels, toilet paper, foil, you get the rest. Second, I'm an adved crafter and they always have a great selection of crafting necessities. I've yet to see an empty hook. They even have stuff that I've never seen at my local store. Staff are always busy stocking, cleaning and ringing up customers. If I ask a question, it actually gets answered. I don't get that far away stare as if to say- I have no idea what your talking about. They actually walk me to where the item is that I'm looking for. While at Dollar tree you ever may have considerable accounts of clutter and items tossed all over, this store keeps up with the disorder as best they can. Customers that drop, spill and make huge messes without cleaning up after themselves takes away from them tending to more important things, all in all they truly do their best. That's why I travel the extra miles, they take pride in their work and seem grateful to have a job.”
