Carstar Collision was amazing while fixing my son's truck after he was in an accident. The process took longer than expected but Carlos kept us informed the entire time. I appreciated the communication from him and for ensuring my son's truck was safe to drive again. The work itself was phenomenal. I was shocked at how well they matched the paint and that the truck looked brand new. We found an issue with the wipers not working after picking it up and they fixed that right away. I will definitely use Carstar again if needed.

Awful customer service and odd, unessecary, extra "processing" fees. Additionally, most highly rated repair shops give lifetime warranty for their work done on cars, but they gave me only a 5 year warranty.

This is definitely not a false statement. I may not have been the customer but my mom was and just because she didn’t speak English this company made me feel like they definitely were taking advantage of her. The manager even got so defensive when we went and asked for the paperwork. Please don’t call me a liar. Let’s review the video and see how terrible you treated me just because I asked for the paperwork with my mom being present. I wish I could remember his name. But you were terrible and again my comment was definitely not a false accusation thank you.

Carstar took our car after hitting a road debris. They took our car immediately and make sure we understand the process. They also offered us a rental that we can pickup and drop off at their place which was great!when we got our car back, carstar explained to us exactly what was replaced and even cleaned the car inside! We would definitely recommend their services. Profesional, thorough and fast.

From the minute I called, to the minute I drove away with my newly fixed car, I have never felt so welcomed and respected at a “service” station of any type. Carstar took the aggravation of an accident away from me, and they handled everything. I was kept up to date with text messages. The work on my car is flawless. I have already recommended this business to 2 of my neighbors!
