Very long overdue for this review. I’ve been here with my vehicles many times for inspections, emissions, oil changes list goes on. They are extremely fair in their pricing, their timing, and their service. I’ve been able to get same day services done many times here, I even have left my car they work on it, I come back and I know I can drive off safely from their lot, because they have values, and morals at this shop, it’s evident when conversing with them. The owners are great guys, I will continue to come here whenever I need work done. And I highly recommend anyone else to stop by because clearly these guys have had their skin in the game for a while, and they’ve become the most reputable shop in the area - at least by my standards.
They’ve done work on my Lexus GX, Mercedes S class, Lexus SC, so it’s a great shop for luxury vehicles as well.

Very poor service. Very disturbing owner. A grey haired, gotteed, midget who is very angry at something is no place I want my car repaired. All should avoid this place on principle alone. Would have given negative stars on this dump.

Really disappointed at their communication. Took my car there on a Friday to have inspection and emissions done. Wasn’t told until I went back that it didn’t pass. One of the reasons was my check engine light was on. They assured me that once my oil was changed the check engine light situation would be fixed. Took my car back a couple days at 9:30am after fixing all the issues except for one. 4pm- never heard from them. Chose to go back and ask how much longer it would be. Their response- “Oh we were about to call you”, as they were sitting in their office. Turns out getting the oil changed didn’t fix the check engine light and now it’s going to cost $1000 to fix everything and obviously that’s without labor fees…

I had new tires mounted and balanced on 4 new rims. They did a 'road force balance' and I'm very happy with their work. No scratches on new rims (important)! I'll go to them for work in the future and I would definitely recommend them! Very friendly staff.

I'm not satisfied with the fact the labor cost on the coolant and other connected parts that were replaced by AUDI dealer in Chantilly on my 2014 Q5 was not covered by Audi manufacturer as I was expecting. The fact that the labor costs are almost 3 times the cost of parts should not be underestimated by Audi companies otherwise it's ludicrous and not worthwhile. It doesn't help for both the dealer and the manufacturer Audi USA.I'm still pursuing my dispute on this issue.

Best auto shop in Manassas. They are very honest and helpful. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They found out the inside of my tires were cracked all the way around and said there was no point in a tire rotation and advised me to go buy tires right away.
