Noticed a common occurrence of gas prices on receipts not matching display on pump. This morning display showed $3.39 per gallon and receipt stated $3.66 with my .05 reward off per gallon. That’s is overcharging customers .32 per gallon if you don’t have rewards. You are price baiting customers who would otherwise have gone somewhere else and we don’t know till after we are done pumping gas! Awful deceitful business practices!After a call, review and feedback on app, you ask me to do another review about this issue. Which I have done but exactly what is so hard to understand you’re displaying one price to customers and charging with showing on receipt a price .32 more per gallon. Interestingly enough also when Manassas Park police force gets gas it is this location…wonder if they know they are being overcharged as well.

We frequent this 7-11 because we live 5mins from here. I don't know if the morning clerk had a bad experience w someone else but she took it out on me rudely and aggressively to which escalated to a "manager" "making a call to police"( which the station is right across the street) all over ONE SINGLE BEER and an aloe vera drink. She asked for ID which I happened to forget IN THE CAR, I frequent this 7-11 because I live 5 mins from it so it's not the first time they have seen me I definetely do not look like I'm under 21. I honestly felt like I was just profiled because I have tatts on my face, I understand they must come across all kinds of people but I didn't deserve that kind of treatment. I definetely cursed them out when I left and will avoid this ghetto place at all costs. If ur brown w tatts just stay away spare yourself from a bad experience. ???

Watch the prices on items- stopped in, and tried to purchase some food. Rang up at a different price, and instead of honoring what was advertised, tried to negotiate a higher total. Walked out buying nothing instead

Went there on 1/4/2022 to cash a Virginia scratch off ticket worth $22 and the guy only gave me $20 for the ticket he trying to tell me the TTW equals $20 when TWY equals $20 TTW equals $22 if you don’t clear the lottery machine before cashing a ticket you will get a lower amount but I guess he doesn’t know that.

The hands down most rude employees I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I tried to cash in points, and they refused to accept them, refused to refund, and refused to provide a receipt. The employee also would not give me her name, and didn't have a name tag on either. She kept saying "OH MY GOD, it's just a cookie!" To me when I asked her why I couldn't use my points. Never again will I go to this abysmal store.
