Did work without permission.
Dropped off wife’s car for inspection, gave phone number said call if anything is needed. No calls, girl at front just said it’s done when I followed up and called after 3. This is the second vehicle I’ve brought in the last couple weeks, first went fine.
Charged my wife for a cabin air filter, air filter, and “needed lights” to the tune of $187 with no permission. The filters were both a year old…
Bad customer service in general - whomever is running the front desk needs customer service training. Will not be back.

The mechanic I worked with was over-zealous, never bothered to get permission before jacking my car, jacked it so high he may have damaged (I believe he did) my coolant housing. I will never go back!

I accidentally dropped off the edge of a driveway and got high-sided on the edge of the ditch. I called for a tow and the gentleman was at my side in less than 20 minutes, had me out in a jiffy, and charged me an entirely fair price. Folks are indeed nicer in the country. I'm glad I'm moving to Goochland.

I called ahead to ask if they could take a look at my car this week before committing to having it towed. I was told they could take a look Wednesday. Thursday comes around and I call to get a status. Apparently, they were full up and did not actually have the time to look at my vehicle this week at all. Likely not until late the following week. That is not what I had been told when I called initially. The reason I called before I towed was to be sure I was sending my car to a business that could take it. I would have been totally fine and respected being told they were too busy. Instead I spent money to tow my car to them and money each day to pay for a rental as I waited. I then had to spend more money to tow my car to a different mechanic. My car ending up being broken a whole extra week due to this establishment. They may or may not be excellent mechanics but I can't recommend them. I believe they have too much work and can't take new customers. Avoid them.

The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. Even when trying to be polite with her she is short and quite obnoxious. It’s a shame because the mechanics are really good. But she should go.

So today I hit an animal and messed my bumper area up. There was a part that kept hitting my tire and I could not drive safely. In hopes of someone being able to help I pulled over to manakin auto center. The really nice employee took one look and told me to pull my car up. He fixed it temporarily but so much so that I am now able to drive safely. He didn’t even charge me. This man was so kind and i will be returning for ALL my car maintenance. I couldn’t be more grateful for how much he assisted me.Services: Body & Trim
