They were very professional in every aspect of our experience from keeping us updated throughout the entire process and providing an end product of the utmost quality. Based on the amount of work that was needed and being somewhat of a skeptic, I was pretty confident our Jeep wouldn’t be the same as it was from the factory, but I was very wrong. 1) When you call, a REAL person answers the phone.
2) I met with folks who are honest, courteous and excellent in craftsmanship.
3) On two occasions, I’ve stopped by the business when I needed help. The owner stopped what he was doing and came outside to personally help me. This doesn’t happen at other shops.
4) There is no other body shop that even comes close to what this business has to offer! It’s the ONLY one for me!

The cost was below what I had expected. It's a forty-five minute drive for me but it is worth it to have a trustworthy shop work on my car.”
“What a great place. I've had both starters and alternators rebuilt here and he is always incredibly fast with high quality work. It's good to have a place like this nearby!
The quality of new castings on alternators and starters make it worth more to keep your original piece and have the internals rebuilt. I'd recommend doing this instead of replacing the entire unit. Plus, it's usually cheaper!”

“Exceptional service all around, from the people who answer their phones to the people who work on the car. Another body shop quoted me $3000 more than my final tally at E&L. Only a few weeks of the wait time between when I called and could drop off my car (most body shops are booked out for months and keep your car forever). They even ordered the part that I would have to wait for anyways when I came in for the estimate. I only needed to have the car in the shop for about eight days, which is impressive given the color and make of my car. They are honest, kind, and hard-working people that you want to work with. Thank you for your excellent work!”
