Excellent customer service and lovely staff. We had a rather difficult transaction that took quite a bit of time. The staff was very patient and most helpful. We currently do not have an account at this bank, but will likely open one due to the excellent customer service!

Something is very strange about these reviews. This is a wonderful bank and in the three years I've dealt with them my opinion is that they would be very, very hard to beat. Always friendly and provide service with a helpful attitude. The lower star reviews on here are hard to believe.
