My 2016 Ford F150 APIM that controls SYNC went out on my truck. Malloy Ford of Charlotteville, VA charged me $160.00 to tell me that. I knew that when I went in from my research. They confirmed it but did not have the part. Estimate was another $980.00. Heck Ebay had new ones for $509.00, but it is where Ford has to program it so you are forced to use a dealer. Quote seemed very high. Took my truck to Madison Ford for the work and did not tell them I had taken it to Malloy Ford first. Saved me $180.00plus. Even took care of three recalls. Going to Madison Ford for now on. Good honest people. They seemed to be so much more knowledgeable, and want to do the job right. Other dealers out to make a buck off of you. Who knows what my bill would have ended up being at Malloy Ford. Go to Madison Ford - you can trust them.

These people are only in it for the money! I went to have my car inspected and they said i needed over 500 dollars in stuff that i already replaced! You guys need to be honest! Not thieves! Unless you plan on making this right it’s going to do me no good to speak to your manager. This very situation is the reason no one gets there vehicle inspected. People end up paying for repairs they don’t need

Billy Jones was absolutely amazing to work with! I had a less than ideal circumstance to navigate, and most had turned away and not put in the effort to help me. He was so quick to jump into seeing what options were available for me to do all that he could to help me. I had been trying to work with several other dealerships as well and they all took their time, with some not even getting back in touch with me. Billy answered all of my questions and treated me with respect and dignity. When I got to the dealership, I cried looking at my new vehicle. They were happy tears, of course, because my children and I had been without a vehicle for 8 months and it was so overwhelming. To make the experience even better, as much of the paperwork as possible was completed prior to arriving there so that my children and I wouldn't have to spend an extended amount of time in the dealership. From start to finish, it was seamless, professional, efficient, and an experience that made a lasting impression.
I highly recommend Billy Jones and Madison Ford! I am so grateful for all you did for my family and cannot thank you enough.

Great service -- they saved our vacation!! We were staying in Madison for two weeks, having driven there in my beloved 12-year-old vehicle, which we'd had thoroughly checked out before we departed. The Wednesday before we were to drive back to Ohio on Saturday, the A/C gave out. (Probably because of the Heat Dome that had caused 2 weeks of 90+ degree temps in JUNE. Oh, and it's 12 years old.) I dreaded the drive back without A/C. But what were we going to do? The first place we called didn't have any availability, but she highly recommended Madison Ford. (This is a competitor, mind you.) When my husband called Madison, we both had our fingers tightly crossed. Good news! They would take us at 10am the following day to try to diagnose the problem. They gave us a loner vehicle while they had ours, so we could still see the sights and continue to enjoy our vacation. By Friday, they'd returned to us my vehicle with a working A/C. WHEW!!!! We're back home now after a comfortable, uneventful drive. Our profound thanks and gratitude to Ivan and (we think!) Dave for their concern, sense of urgency, and follow through. I highly recommend Madison Ford for their exceptional service.

We worked with Billy Jones who was very patient, informative, and knowledgeable. He listened to us with great attention and understood our situation and our need. There was no pressure and no attempt to push us in a decision. Once we were able to make a decision he assisted us every step of the way. We also worked with Maggie the General Manager who then worked with us on financing. This dealership treats their customers as individuals with individual wants, needs, and abilities. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a vehicle. Ask for Billy Jones!
