Felt bad for employee. Someone called out so waited for over an hour. I noticed he kept his cool when being subjective to negative criticisms. Give this man a promotion!

My experience was horrifying as it normally is, BUT that's because of my own mental illnesses and not the fault of walmart itself. The staff were pleasant, courteous, friendly and overall holding to the high standards that Walmart promises. And of course walmart always has some of the best deals around.

One of the worst Walmarts. Very scarce on newer items.The man they have hired as the loss prevention specialist in my opinion should be sued for harassment. He follow customers around making himself obvious. He stares at people as they shop. He even goes as far as laying on the ground to watch where they are going. Its very uncomfortable no to meantion RUDE . It gives a bad impression of professionalism. It also makes the customers feel as though they are being stereotyped.Employees beg customers at the check out line to rate the store 5 stars.The fresh produce is not fresh at all. The meats are usually ready to expire.My recommendation is to shop at the Old Forest location. I live in Madison Heights and I disapprove of the local Walmart.

I actually went into cost cutters for a hair cut. The lady cutting my hair was super friendly and did a very good job with my hair. I can't remember her name but she was easy to talk with. I will definitely go there again

This is the worst Walmart to deal with as far as policy and procedure…. Please educate customer service representatives on policy before allowing them to deny returns to a store. IPulled up the policy for returns and exchange and the “coach” would not even entertain that she was wrong… ILiterally had a maintenance man fixing a thermostat behind the counter telling me I was wrong and the coach in customer service telling me I was wrong…. I called the Timberlake location and was told that I could return the item as long as it was from the original store of purchase. Madison Heights toldMe they didn’t follow the same policy as neighboring stores… when I called back to speak to a manager the phone call was abruptly ended so I never spoke to a manager… I will be calling cooperate

Normally I'm not a big Walmart fan and this is exactly why... I decided to do some pickup orders... it was supposed to be two orders but somehow ended up three orders but that was okay.. so on the second-order that was ready at 9 a.m. I noticed that the food was a little warm when I got it but I let that go ...later that day I have my second order come in and this order had ice cream so I was very prepared to go to Walmart very quickly since I only live 2 miles from Walmart.. it took them 45 minutes to bring my order to me with ice cream.... So when the ladies finally decide to bring my order last ...after all the cars that pulled in after me were gone... I kindly ask them if the ice cream was kept in the freezer while I waited.. I proceeded to say because if it was left out it would be melted by now and we can go ahead and just replace them while I'm here.. the employee swore that the ice cream was kept in the freezer and that everything was okay as she rolled her eyes at me... so I said okay have a great day.. I go two miles down the road and look in the trunk of my car and find all my ice cream which was about four gallons worth melted! Then at this time I proceed to call the Walmart pickup phone number to ask them about the ice cream and the woman who brought the ice cream out to me answered the phone.. she said she was the one I spoke to and that the ice cream was frozen I said well it's not it's melted and I specifically asked you if it was melted because I could have took care of this while I was there... She in return came back and said I told you the ice cream was frozen and it is frozen I said no it's not she goes" it is".. I said sorry I'm looking at it and it is not frozen... so she kept on saying "it was frozen" "it was frozen" " it was frozen" so I said what is your name? she said "it is frozen" I said what is your name? she said "it is frozen" I said what is your name? and then she just hung the phone up after saying "it is frozen".... So then I called the main store number and ask to speak to a manager.. at this time the manager which was very kind and professional also had a second manager listening to my conversation... I proceeded to tell them what happened and of course they took care of everything and replaced my ice cream.. but I can almost guarantee nothing has happened to that employee... This employee was rude disrespectful and gets paid way too much to have the attitude that she had since she rolled her eyes at me the moment I mentioned my ice cream at the pickup.. come on Walmart you can do better than this!

I found some good buys on outdoor living clearance today. They have plenty of hill, tech out, but not a lot of attendant check out system today. However, I always get through pretty quickly.

This is specifically for the pharmacy who recently changed the way you make refills over the phone. Why did you do that? Not everyone can talk on the phone. Bring back the buttons option.
