This review is for store 8686 in Madison heights Virginia. A gentleman by the name of Todd was not physically at that location when I needed to handle an issue with my account, but he left a phone number that he could personally be reached at on the door, which was amazing because I was able to speak to him personally. Instead of going through the entire process of calling corporate. He very quickly assisted and corrected the issue and exampled five star top-notch customer service! I highly recommend using this establishment to anybody who needs to rent a storage unit!

The entire facility was clean neat and very well organized.
