A gentleman by the name of Todd was not physically at that location when I needed to handle an issue with my account, but he left a phone number that he could personally be reached at on the door, which was amazing because I was able to speak to him personally. Instead of going through the entire process of calling corporate. He very quickly assisted and corrected the issue and exampled five star top-notch customer service! I highly recommend using this establishment to anybody who needs to rent a storage unit!”

“I needed a storage unit for a few month's. I found this establishment on Google. One thing I loved the most, was I could do everything online. It made it convenient. When I closed out my unit, I also did that online. I never had a problem with them. When I did need to contact them, they we're on the ball. I would recommend them to anyone.”
