They did a great job from ordering the tires to installing them. It may not happen every time put They ordered the tires at 8am and had them in to install by lunch the same day. I had tires put on two trucks, one car, one trailer. 16 tires in all in one week. No complaints about messing up their schedule and I know it did, but they were very professional and just got the job done to accommodate my schedule not theirs. I will most definitely be going back. The great service and more than fair pricing I experienced this week is well worth a trip from Bedford to Madison Heights

Went with a friend to have tire fixed. He already had 3 other places but could not find leak. They found a small screw, removed it and repaired the tire.

Went by there for a tire repair and one of the men told me I would need to buy a tire because it couldn’t be patched. Make a long story short, I then went to Harris tire and they told me it could be patched. I was glad he told the truth because I almost bought a new tire for no reason. I know the owner of Powell probably wouldn’t have lied to me but knowing that his employee did just doesn’t fit right.

I cried because they didn't try to rip me off when they could have. I thought I needed a $60 pressure sensor. I had put air in the tire, but the sensor warning would not go off they fixed the problem and didn't charge me a dime. Good people do still exist. Thank you, God, and thank you Powell's tire. ?
