“i have tried other Jiffy Lubes and have never received the truly perfect experience as I did with this one on Amherst Hwy. Today was for inspection. They fit me in for same day service. Super courteous, professional and sweet friendly. Other reviews saying employees standing around. I may be wrong, but I believe Inspectors must be trained and certified by VA State Police Dept. Usually there is only one Inspector per location. Sadly that could leave the other employees in positions that an onlooker may misconstrue as lacking customer service. … They are great here from signing in to paying out.”
“Cheapest price for tires, and life time rotation say no more! They do have slightly long wait time specially after 5, most guys leave around that time. so if you don’t want to wait too long make appointment early.”
