I just bought a home in Madison heights and chose this nail salon. The young woman who did my nails seemed very inexperienced so I asked who turned out to be the owner, how long has she been doing nails for an he said about a year. I came in for a refill and chose to do French tip. She didn’t speak any English so I could have a conversation with her. I started to get nervous as she continued on my nails just looked awful. Mid way she gets up to go do a pedicure and the owner said her husband “Jayden Jay” will finish . OMG IT GOT WORSE. I asked just curiosity that the refill was $35 and he said no $40 I said that board needs to be updated. He then became like an angry berated man, squeezing my fingers so tight, filing my nails was tortuous he was that rough, dug as deep as he could into my nails. I said OUCH a few times to be polite and let him know that he was actually hurting me. He barely spoke to me. I see his reviews on here are great but I had the worst experience in my life with him & his wife getting my nails done. It was supposed to be relaxing not torture just noticed he quickly changed his tone when I did ask about the price. He was also bending my fingers back so far it was starting to scare me. I did leave a tip just would have left more if I would have been respected and not physically hurt multiple times while actually getting my nails done. This is ashame because I was hoping to have a great experience and be a returning client but I will NEVER come here again. I rarely post reviews on any establishment but the way I was treated yesterday was cruel & unreal. So now I’ll take my hard earned money to another salon. All I wanted was a nice refill and did NOT get that.

First of all the people that work here are very nice. It's not my normal place but I was right there at them so I gave them a try. I got a pedicure which went well. So I decided to go ahead and get a gel fill in too. The guy that did my nails was nice but he burnt me and nicked me several times. I pulled my hands back several times showing it hurt and he kept doing it. The next day my nails/hands were sore and I couldn't even put them in warm water without them hurting. I will say he shaped and painted them well though. I'm just not a fan of painful cuticles the next day.

I hadn't ever gotten acrylic nails before but wanted them for our vacation. I am thoroughly pleased with how they look (blue cat's eye) and how they have held up to my activity levels.The polish on both the acrylic nails and toe nails has lasted through my entire beach vacation. Technicians were friendly and professional. The pricing seemed to be reasonable as well. I will definitely be back for more services in the future.My tween granddaughters frequently get their nails done here and love it as well. The techs are great with the girls too.Services: Nail painting

They don't know the meaning of how long is the wait? 30 mins. Put you in a chair and make you wait another 30 minutes. Also they do not understand the concept of appointments. Geez!!!

I have always had a good experience at this salon. They do a great job and I have never had my gel toe nails chip or fall off. They have always lasted 6- 8 weeks!

My sister went here yesterday and was called CHUBBY by her nail technician. They then proceeded to tell her they would do her eyebrows to make her look like a women! And to top it all off they added a tip to her total as if they DESERVED it. She left here feeling as awful as her nails looked AFTER they did them. Absolutely inappropriate and terrible customer service!! People do not pay their hard earned money to sit in a chair to feel good about themselves only to leave feeling horrible because someone who is PAID to provide a service is completely out of line and outright RUDE! This is how you lose business in a heartbeat. My sister and anyone that goes to this place and sits in their chairs PAYS THEIR BILLS. I would have given them a 0 star rating but it wasn’t allowed.
