My son and I got our haircut here, my hair isn't bad but the cut I wanted is not what I got and I showed the girl a picture of the cut I wanted and what I got is far from it.
My son on the other hand I'm livid. He sat still the entire time followed directions (looked up, looked down) his hair is crooked I'm so upset. We will be taking him to gentlemen John's to have them fix his hair. If you want a nice haircut and someone that can look at a picture and give you the cut that you want or if you want your child's haircut to be straight and lay nice this is NOT the place to go. I honestly don't know why I was so stupid to go here but school starts soon I work all the time and on a Sunday we didn't have much of a choice.

My husband took our son there today for a trim. He told the person cutting our son's hair to use a 1 guard on the sides and fade to a 4 guard and also use a 4 guard on the top. Instead it looks like the sides were just buzzed off in a square on each side. It literally looks like the only thing done was just to run the clippers down the sides of his head. There was no fading or attempting to blend in. It looks like my son has a square of shaved hair on either side of his head. I haven't been to this location in years because the last time I went, my hair was cut lopsided and I had to go back and get someone else to fix it. My husband decided to give them another chance. Never again! Do these people receive any sort of training before they are allowed to touch people's hair?

No wait time. Hairdresser was knowledgeable about previous haircut. She made sure I was happy with what she did. Have gone to Great Clip for many years and have been treated respectfully and professionally.

My son came in the shop with long hair and only wanted a trim. Just like the customer previous he ended up with no hair. And the worst part it wasn’t even styled smh. A haircut can change ur whole perception of yourself. He looks like he’s about to cry. I will never ever go in another Great Clips again and just like the last customer I will have to take my son to the barber shop to get it fixed. Very disappointed

Been sitting for a hour when I came on there was 3 people cutting hair. Told a 20 minute wait.One went in to back and disappeared then the other two worked on one childs hair then the other finally took over and the one who started it and sat down.

Came into the shop with hair. Halfway down my back, asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulders to my glasses off sit down in the chair she proceeded to cut my hair when it was all said and done. I had a chin length Bob and as a guy that doesn’t look right Ended up having to go to a barbershop to get my hair fixed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.Update: was contacted by the general manager of the store via email very very dismissive did not take any responsibility for what the employee had done to my hair. Try to turn around and say it was my fault due to not asking enough questions again I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Got my hair cut here for the first time. The guy who cut my hair was normally in another store. He did a great job. Too bead he is not there all the time!
