Went in for a full set and pedicure. Not even an hour after leaving, I had to go back to get one of my toes redone due to it lifting. Also had to completely reshape my finger nails at home because they were horribly uneven and the only shape I was given the option of was square. So I went back for a top coat on my nails and for my toe to be fixed, which they slapped the top coat on, ripped the part of my toe nail polish off and put a new top coat on UNDER THE TABLE WITH MY FOOT ON HIS LAP. I also left with it still wet. Here we are 3 days later and this is a photo of my pinky toe nail lifting as well. I also included my nails, where I had filed my index finger down and not touched my other fingers yet (they were fanned out for some reason?). I have scabs on my finger and toe cuticles as well from how rough they were. I paid $118 plus tip for a basic pedicure, gel polish, and a full acrylic set, that’s it. Ridiculous results for that kind of price.

I have never ever been to a nail salon and had my nails RUSHED. I paid 80$ for them to rush my nails because they “wanted to leave by 5”. Needless to say, they made my nails so thin that in 3 days one of them broke off.. two days later another popped off. I have been getting my nails done for YEARS and I have never my nails done at a salon and they fall/break off in 3 days. The other ones that haven’t fallen or broken off started lifting yesterday. I got my nails done April 7th. My sets usually last 3-4 weeks. It was a complete waste of money and my time. I will not be going back because they over charged me for TRASH nails and they didn’t care I was a paying customer they just wanted me to be done so they could leave by 5. If I could give ZERO stars I would. If you are a real nail girly and looking for a reliable place that gives good service and STRONG nails do not go here. They can’t even do basic French tip. They have to have their “manager” do them. Extremely unprofessional.

My daughter and I had a mommy-daughter day today and went to Foxy Nails on a whim. Our nail tech was Lisa and she was very personable, talked to my daughter throughout the process, made us feel welcome and comfortable and even put a frog on my daughter's nail per her request which made her so happy. We will definitely be back. Very happy with the service, timeliness and results!

Newly renovated, generally good service, prices are average for the area. It can be crowded at peak times so call ahead!

I was humiliated recently there. I had made an appointment for my daughter, and I to get pedicures. I walk In I told her I'm there for my appointment, the building was full of people and she announces to me; there's no way I have an appointment at five when they close at five. I explain to her with my phone in my hand stating that I had the text with her saying she would see me at 5 o'clock for my appointment. And then I tell her that my daughter is on the way, a 25 minute drive there and I gave her a chance of making it right. I then say, so can you give us our 5 o'clock pedicures? She tells me that no she does not think that is true that she agreed to a 5 o'clock appointment. Now everyone in the building has turned around looking me. I expected her to look at her phone at some point and see that she was wrong and apologize of course that never happened. I'm assuming because she has a booming business my business did not matter I own my own business also and I do everything I can to keep my clients happy. No I do not recommend this place.

I come to Foxy Nails to see Lisa monthly to have my nails done. I absolutely love this place, the employees and Lisa. I sincerely recommend.
