I was thinking I would be one of few, but looking at the rating, I see I was more than right. This is supposed to be a pharmacy, but acts as if they are a corner hood store. I don't care how busy you are, you are supposed to provide service that makes patients want to come back. That's how you stay in business. I just found out that Brooke is a pharmacist here. I have talked with her several times, she is rude and abrupt. I thought she was a rude customer service agent, not a pharmacist. Sounds like you are talking to a "mean girl", and you are bothering her. Instead of telling me she was the pharmacist, and answering my questions with professionalism, and care, she handed off the phone to another customer service agent. Your jobs are extremely important in that you are providing medicine, and pharmacy items that sick patients need. All of your organization, and I've been to quite a few CVS's, all over, has gotten to the point that it no longer cares about providing quality care. The majority of you assume that you can continue to be nasty, and that people can just go elsewhere if they don't like it. I hate having to move all my medicine again, as it is a great inconvenience. But after talking to Brooke, and the lack-luster representative she handed the phone to, I need to start searching for somewhere better, even if I end up paying more. You all need probably work on your attitudes, and to learn what good customer service is. You never know when you could encounter someone with mental health issues, that are not controlled, and they may end up a danger to you because you are rude and nasty. I hope all of you remember you may be sick, or old one day. What you put out in the world comes back to you triple fold.

This is the worst CVS I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The pharmacy people are the nastiest workers you could ever meet. The blonde big girl is the ring leader of it all. They all need to be fired and replaced.

My husband’s rescue inhaler needs a refill. They keep saying they are working on it but it never gets filled. It took forever to get to a human on the phone then she said she couldn’t hear me and hung up. So frustrating.

I haven't been to this location in person, but I called to find out if they had medication in stock that I'd been having trouble getting filled, and the person who answered had an annoyed tone and was unhelpful compared to the other pharmacies I've reached out to. The conversation went like this - Me, in an upbeat positive tone: "Hi I'm calling because I've been having trouble filling my prescription for [redacted]. Do you happen to have any in stock?", CVS employee In an annoyed tone: "No we don't" (followed by silence). Me: "Okay great bye."I get that the situation is annoying for pharmacies because it's in short supply nationwide and they're constantly being asked about it, but try not being able to get it filled for weeks at a time as a patient, all while constantly having to call and go to different pharmacies, and having to ask your doctor multiple times to send the prescription to a different location just to try and get it filled, and tell me which is more annoying. Other pharmacies will often look in their system or call around to see if other locations have it in stock. I was even told to reach out to this CVS by another CVS who thought they might have it. I expect better from someone in a job meant to assist people who are sick or need medication. Not going to go out of my way to visit this location in the future.

Will not go back to this cvs anytime soon. Store manager or MOD whichever was in store was very rude. While trying to ring my items up, I was ignored by 4 women standing behind the counter. They all kept talking with no acknowledgement of my presence. So I decided to self checkout but was still upset that no one had even seen me standing there or still acknowledged my presence. I asked if they did ring up customers and A big thank you to Louise who apologized not once but 3x for ignoring me. I wish the same could be said for the store manager or MOD Tameka, she not only did not apologize but looked at me as if she was stuck…and told me well, when I let her know I’ll be calling corporate. Def not my neighborhood CVS!! Will not return!! Walmart associates are nicer and things are cheaper!

I'm not sure what the problem is with the pharmacy at this location, but they consistently DO NOT have your prescriptions ready when they say they will. I had to wait 3 months for a script with no explanation until I finally raised enough of a stink just to be told my medicine was back ordered. Sure the people are nice and kind, but come on man, if ya'll can't keep up with the work load say so, don't consistently set expected times for pick up that you can't meet. Also, how can one submit a refill order for 2 scripts (120 pills total, 60 in a factory sealed bottle) at 9am- be told they will be ready by 2:45pm, not get any notifications all day so call to check in and see that only half of my order is ready and the other half is still in process(the one in the factory sealed bottle of 60) at 30 minutes until they close?!?!? I call BullSh*t - there is some serious mismanagement of time or resources happening at this pharmacy. I have personally witnessed at least 3 people lose it while trying to pick up their prescriptions here. I have asked others if it has always been this way here and the stories have been told all line up with what I have witnessed and experienced, I will be looking for a good old hometown pharmacy to move too.

I know that this is a big chain, and there's no way that every single one of the stores is as wonderful as this one, but CVS in Madison Heights has, without fail, the kindest and friendliest people working there. I've never been treated rudely, never felt frustrated by a sales clerk or lack of inventory. It's pretty much like every other CVS as far as cleanliness (excellent) and brands and prices. They all often have great coupons, too. But for the overall experience, I'll take this one every time. I'm grateful for the truly good people they hire, and hope they keep it up forever.

Sydney was amazingly helpful. Sydney took time to explain although she had a lot of customers to help. Sydney showed genuine care with a smile. Sydney is the type of employee that represents your business well.

Just moved out here and we have never experienced this many issues at a pharmacy. It's a pain having to change all of our prescriptions to a new pharmacy, but it looks like that's what we will have to do.

This store is a joke. Service is rarely average. There rarely have the medication you need an when they do they don't have enough to give you full prescription.

Well for starters i left this cvs for a few years as a customer because of pharmacist that was there at the time.He came out from behind the counter and followed me up the aisle with his fist balled up and was going to hit me I told him go ahead and I would tear the store up and him. Later i found out he was stealing pain medication not just from me but other customers and he did not get fired instead he relocated to Wal-Mart in Madison heights. I have experienced a problem with new pharmacist that i guess just doesn't like me and others that get medication she was rude made me wait over 2 hours in store and now i have to go across town to get 1 medication and my others at this cvs. The main problem is they try to act like doctors and they definitely need help they have alot of customers but my opinion is some need to lose the bad attitudes if you dont like job go somewhere else.

Beyond slow. Went thru drive in, sat at window 10 mins, they never acknowledged me or came to window. Went inside and a line, all of a sudden they are now waiting on the window and ignoring us waiting in line in the store. 20 more minutes go by, get to counter and clerk is RUDE. When I asked why no one acknowledged me at window she said something like "oh that was you?" I am fed up with stores thinking we have no choice but to put up with poor customer service and rude clerks. I did speak to manager but they've always been this way so doubt anything will change. CVS employees think they are too big to fail, keep thinking that with 900 stores closing starting in 2022.
