THIS IS LITERALLY MY FAVORITE PLACE ON EARTH. The owner, Lona, cares so deeply about each person that walks through the door, you'll feel it right away! She'll encourage you, pray with you, call you out, laugh with you, whatever you need. I could go on for days, but you just need to visit for yourself. ??

Overall a great gym and atmosphere! Price is very reasonable. No complaints here at all. The coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive. This is a great place for someone just starting out in CrossFit and seasoned CrossFit vets.
