What a great experience! I put off getting my hair colored for over a year and it looked it. I am new to the area and wasn't sure where to go. From the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the family. It was like hanging out with old friends. While I was there, a few clients stopped by, some just to say hello. This shows that they are always this nice. Also, LOVE the color they picked for me.

Chantal at Cost Cutters is absolutely amazing. She took great care, and time doing my daughter's hair today 08/17/24. My daughter Randi-Jean is so happy with the cut, and bleaching of her bangs, than Chantal did. We was scheduled for 3:30pm but Chantal had an earlier opening come up, and called us to reschedule us for an earlier time. She differently went above and beyond the call of her time, and job to take care of my babygirl Randi-Jean. (5)-Star's all the way around for Chantal and the rest of the Cost Cutters crew. I highly recommend them....

Don't go there anymore they priced themselves out of business,! I get a perm for ,$55 with a haircut they wanted $75 for perm $24 for a haircut! No thanks

The hair dressers are wonderful and always do my hair how I ask BUT I can not give a high review when the company refuses to schedule enough people for how many chairs they have in the shop. This results in them always being short staffed and having a hard time keeping up with appointments. For the workers and customers sake please have at least two employees working everyday and I'll raise my review!

I have been trying for 2 weeks now to just get my eyebrows waxed. The salon closes at 6pm. Every aternoon after work, I swing by for just an eyebrow waxing. (Takesminutes, maybe). One person working and 2 or three people waiting for services and a 25-45 minute wait. Today I decided I'm going at 11 am on my lunch break. Well.... I looked at line and it was a 5 minute wait. Go there by 11:10. Again,1person working. She was cutting a gentleman's hair and almost done. She told me it would be a 15 minute wait. I went to get a drink and was back within 5 minutes and the gate down and the placed locked up. Very unorganized and unprofessional and not set up to service the working class. NEVER AGAIN. The will never get a penny from me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS...
