Do not send your kids here! There is no accountability! My kids went to Tamia Colbert at Loving hands learning center! It’s an in home daycare but she is amazing. My kids still talk about her. They actually learned a lot within her care! There were never any incidents within 5 years!

I can not recommend caterpillar clubhouse to anyone I know. Gathering my thoughts the last couple weeks this is my conclusion. You can go on google, Facebook, any review site and see past reviews from previous parents & workers and there’s a common complaint. Lack of care, lack of control, lack of training, lack of responsibility, and lastly a lack of accountability. Motherly instincts or the traits to properly take care of children doesn’t always come natural to just anyone who can make minimum wage. Sadly some people see childcare as a way to earn a paycheck & sit on your phone & occasionally help the kids as needed. When a teacher or employee messes up it should be corrected and dealt with properly. But it seems there is always an instinct to cover it up as quickly as possible. Damage control is always in full force at this center. How can we cover this up, how can we make it “right” to keep you quiet, how can it be paid monetarily to you to keep hush hush. When you take care of someone’s children YOU are accountable. You are the one who needs to answer when something goes wrong. I truly feel that at Caterpillar Clubhouse there is too much going on behind the scenes to cover up employee mishandling and misjudgment that proper care is not placed upon the children. When considering sending a child to a daycare think about who will be accountable when something happens and realize no matter the injury or lack of care that happens here it will always get brushed under the rug due to small town connections. As a conclusion to my review please do your own research before sending your child to any Caterpillar Clubhouse location.

Our son attended here for a short period of time until being pulled out due to numerous bite marks and scratch marks on his face. None of which the staff saw when it happened. No accountability.I would give 0 stars if I could. Choose wisely.

I currently have a 2 year old attending Caterpillar in Madison Heights. She loves it and so do I! They take excellent care of her. She was born very early and the staff and the owners have pushed and encouraged her to meet milestones with great success. I also have a Kindergartner that attended for three years prior. She excels in her school and is a very confident child. The folks at Caterpillar can take a lot of the credit. This is a wonderful place for children!
