I am a regular Zales customer. Everytime I go to the mall and shop at Zales I'm treated like family. Today, due to a bacterial illness I can't go shopping in the mall. So I called in and talked to Kristy. I explained that I was sick and I couldn't go shopping for my upcoming anniversary. So she shopped for me. My wife will be really happy with her gift that Kristy helped me to pick out and purchase. 38 years and we still like each other. Thanks Kristy.

Had a ring enlarged and when it came back, it was disfigured, instead of being round like it was when I took it there, it was flat and thin at the bottom. Also within two weeks the ring broke.
