I can hardly recall a more friendly engaging, informative interaction than recently at Zales (River Ridge Mall) than with Kristy. She was such a pleasant, patient, no-pressure sales representative I almost felt like I was visiting with a friend who I could ask any and as many questions about the jewelry as I wanted. I stopped into this location just to look around. Kristy approached in a very professional manner and helped me look for a ring. She didn’t bother me or attempt to over sell. I wasn’t in the market to immediately buy a ring, so she casually brought that we could make an account and put it on my wishlist. It was a quick and easy process. Kristy was a great help and very professional. Highly recommend!
