As soon as I get off from work I'm going to file a police report against them for taking money off of my card that I did not authorize and when I called them Jason told me that he didn't see any payments on my account I am sick of Xfinity I got rid of the TV the Internet is next as soon as I find something else this is ridiculous my daughter had just put the money on my card so I can get home from work now I don't even know if I'll make it unbelievable and the customer service sucks he's now telling me to check with my bank as if my bank would just process a payment to Xfinity

Be careful calling this number it has a bogus one attached lady was crazy rude tried to sell me a 99 dollar solution for my equipment ..... XFINITY, check your number called it off of Google three times before I got your real company!!!

Terrible service I called too ask a simple question in it kept wanting too send me a texts message I don't want a texts message I want too speak to a agent about my issue...the automated service they provide doesn't help either...

They are the WORST! Try to call and speak to someone and you’ll go through prompts for 30 minutes and the system WILL NOT allow you to actually speak to an agent. They send links through text and expect for you to troubleshoot everything. That’s THEIR JOB!!! My tv sound and picture on all tvs are not in sync. Spent hours for days trying to get in touch with someone. Finally got through, tech came out and spent hours to fix it. It was fixed but overnight messed up again. Called this morning but could not speak to someone bc the automated system required a restart and call back if not fixed. Y’all need to allow customers to speak to someone. It’s a terrible system. I don’t get paid for this! I’m not trained for this! They suck! Avoid them at all costs!!!

This is absolutely crazy. I had great internet connections then all of a sudden they made me upgrade to a new modem because the old one just "stopped" working after only a year. With that new modem my services went up in price from the original two year plan i had and I am only on year one. Then they said my new modem is not compatible with the current service and they want to charge me another $50 a month when that is not in my budget to do so. I explain this to them that I am already upset with already having to pay more for my services and then they said they will bring a tech out which is another $100. WHY AM I PAYING FOR S SERVICE THAT I CANNOT EVEN USE. I am so displeased with this. They are just using this all as a money grab there is no way my modem just stopped working after a year and i have to get a new one and pay $60 extra a month.

This is for one of their service technicians that was sent out to address for an issue we were having. Our on Demand was not loading, the company tried remotely to solve the problem to no avail. I called on a Thursday fast forward through a few phone calls from them to try to resolve a issue to making an appointment sending a tech out the very next Sunday. Our tech was a super nice young man by the name of Shea, you could tell he was experienced, knowledgeable,and absolutely knew what he was doing. He was friendly, and made us feel very comfortable, he solved the problem, we couldn’t be happier with the service. Xfinity you are lucky to have such a loyal dedicated employee in your service.

My yard was left a muddy mess and no grass seed planted. Ruined and broke my white mailbox with planter box. Can’t get through to anyone to come repair the damage! Horrible!!

Garbage company! They send contractors out to rip up your front yard, then when you call about it you can’t speak to anyone. You can’t speak to anyone if you don’t have an account number…but they can dig up your front yard anyway. Absolutely atrocious and disgusting way to treat people. But they’re a multibillion dollar company, so they couldn’t care less what you have to say.

They have multiple false customer service numbers which are scams. We ended up paying a $120 cancellation fee to someone using their customer service number. Their actual employees talk in circles and offer no real help. They only sound trained to take up time. Asking them to perform a basic cancelation took 40+ minutes after waiting for 20+ to speak to somebody. Overall a horrible company with the worst assistance possible. Automation is typically beneficial and productive but theirs has been nothing but a headache. If I could put 0 stars, I would.

Xfinity has very ruled tech support people. The people that call are at times eating on the phone. They have heavy accents and if you don’t say what they want to hear. They just hang up! The people that you talk to face to face are very friendly in the stores.

So many trips to the store and so many phone calls. The employees there try to help but they are lied to and given misinformation as much as you are.Last night I was there for an hour and still they are taking unauthorised money out of my bank account. DO NOT trust anything you are told.I am switching companies and it is unbelievable how many issues I have had trying to deal with these people. Horrible Horrible customer service experience.
