Not happy with this bank. I made a cash withdrawal and I got 4 chargers for almost $3 each. I had one transaction and no problem with it so maybe 2 chargers max. Ridiculous

I had issues with Wells Fargo online banking so I came to this location and twice without an appointment Sandra was such a help! Sandra is great!

It is hard to access this place. One entrance is very busy and the other is a steep incline with no visibility on the right.The service had one speed setting and that is SLOW. I was waiting in the car for nearly half an hour before I got to the window. The teller was pleasant, but there was only one and she was handling two lines that were backed nearly all the way around the bank.Everything is old and cruddy. The capsule was designed in the sixties and slimy from constant handling (I assume).I would rather drive a mile farther for faster service than go through this again.

My wife and I recently walked in without an appointment to add her to my account. The tellers were extremely pleasant and made sure we had all the documents we needed and introduced us to Sandra. What a pleasant banker! We felt absolutely no pressure and Sandra made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Great bank, great banker! Thanks Sandra!

Got a check from the Va auto parts written on wells fargo,turns out i had to pay $7.50 to cash their own check!??! Whats the deal with that? You're wasting your time and gas to come to them ,they're already making money off of the big business account that thus check is drawn under,so why charge the person that is doomed to hold your miserable check in line supposed to be liable for the "surcharge " for not having an account? Maybe that's the reason why they don't have one I used to have one ,I went to SunTrust.... I can't be happier!!! No over charges,no mysterious charges and they don't treat the people that I give a check to like an outsider.. thumbs down don't go here people
