Meet with JR to discuss swapping out our AG tank for a Watts tank and service. He was super informative. We also liked that he didn’t talk poorly about other providers like the OTHER local provider was inclined to do. Mike the Svc Mgr was quick to respond with a new tank (same week) even though we were late in getting our credit application in during busy season. Mike and Gary were also great when swapping out the tanks. The leak checked all our appliances and adjusted my burners on my stove (hallelujah) and explained EVERYTHING. I haven’t had a delivery scheduled yet, but everyone I’ve met and dealt with has been wonderful including Molly and the ladies in the office. We’re super happy and look forward to a great relationship with Watts.

We were originally going to go with this company, so glad we didn't. First off, we were told after the first initial visit to our house we would get a phone call to set up a date and time to install our logs within a few days. Over a month and a half later we finally got that call. Not to mention after calling them and no one EVER answering the phone we went with another company.Listen to the reviews that say the customer service is rude because they ARE! I called to let them know we went with another company and why we did. Instead of apologizing she wanted to argue with me. So glad we went with another company!

Gary & Mike just came to our new construction house and did an outstanding job! They were both very helpful, kind & knowledgeable. (It was a pleasure meeting you both!)Also, the ladies upfront are very sweet and helpful as well!I most definitely recommend Watts! Thanks guys so much!

Ran out of gas just before Xmas 12/22. Luckily saw and flagged down a driver and got a refill within an hour. Had an issue later with new logs and Jeff was most helpful, even on a Saturday evening. Best customer service in ages. Highly recommend.

Incapable of fulfilling delivery time and date. Ordered delivery of LP & confirmed delivery with customer service agent “will be delivered by end of week”. Ran out of fuel after they missed the following week as well. Terrible customer service.Consider Foster Fuels.There’s no account in this name because you lost a customer.

** Look around and ask a lot of questions before using this company.. it could save you hundreds of dollars and a headache with rude service**I wish I could give them a zero. But first, the manager there along with another employee were incredibly helpful, sincere & kind on one occasion..Other than that, all around customer service there (along with lies of a driver/installer) is awful.I went through 120 gallons in 19 days and when asking if this is normal, they got really upset. One girl hung up on me, the fella there stated to me that “she was angry with you bc …”It’s a complete joke with these people. Wanting to win an argument instead of listening and asking things to the best of their knowledge..

I would give them a zero if I could. Propane technician lied about where he was forced to put the propane tank when he dealt with my husband. A week later when he came back to hook it up I asked him if he could move it within the state regulations that were discussed. His answer was "that means I'd have to dig a trench" insinuating that he didnt want to do that...even though he'd have to do the same thing for the location he placed the tank originally. I let him know he put the tank where we were having a fence installed in the spring so having the tank on the corner wasnt a good idea. He then told me he'd hook it up where he set it or I could find another company to work with. I chose to work with Watts because I had heard great things but this is the opposite of great. Pictures added for context. The red X is where I asked him to move it to. Away from the house & ignition & not in the bushes.

One of the easiest companies to deal with and our tank is always kept topped off without having to worry about it! Would absolutely recommend after 6+ years of great service.

I have been dealing with Watts for probably 15 years or more now. They have always been very responsive to any concerns I have and willing to help me trouble shoot a couple of times I had a problem. A couple of years ago I got their auto refill device installed and enjoy not having to call for a refill or risk running out. Their device notifies them automatically when I go below a comfortable threshold in my tank. As I have expanded my propane use over the years, fireplace insert, water heater, stove, dryer, and pool heater.....I really appreciate the good service they have given me. When I read a couple of negative reviews I felt compelled to write this review to show the side of service I have experienced with them.
