More staff are needed in the pharmacy dept. The wait times are ridiculous when picking up a prescription either in person or window.

I used to love this pharmacy but it has totally gone down hill . Ridiculously slow service , rude employees is the way here . Nobody at Walmart Pharmacy cares at all . It’s time for a change .

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I don't know why I keep fooling with this pharmacy. There is always a problem when I get the same two prescriptions filled for my dog every single month. The automated service is nothing but a hassle and does not work properly. It gives you date when your scripts will be ready, but they are never ready on that date. So you have to call and talk to someone. Then their customer service person is very rude and not helpful. They treat you like a second class citizen and make you feel like a problem, when they are the problem. It's time I change pharmacies. Dont utilize this pharmacy, you will regret it.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I have had three prescriptions that was incorrect. One was even a controlled substance and was shorted medication and they made it out to be my fault. Which was then made correctly after a call to corporate with no apology on their part. They staff is completely rude and disrespectful. They have no manners at all. As someone who works in healthcare I probably have a lot more understand and patience then most. However corporate needs to take a long hard look at how this pharmacy operates and the way they talk and treat staff.

Megan Bailey treats customers with utter disrespect. She is condescending and speaks as though she holds a power of you, stretching out her words with an ugly tone. A person with these kinds of values should not be in this industry. The pharmacy had filled prescriptions I am allergic to and has given me more grief than I care to describe on a Google review. Please don’t waste your time or mental health dealing with this facility as there are many other options out there.

Worst pharmacy I have ever visited. Rude staff, long wait times. The pharmacist could not answer simple questions and had an abrupt and rude manner. Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy.

Every time I call them to get a refill, each pharmacist says something different needs to be done to get it. They fax or just send over my prescription electronically every month but 4/5 pharmacists there will try and tell me I have to get a physical copy and act infinitely bothered every time I say “no that’s not right, go ask someone else” (and eventually that someone else tells them I don’t need to go get a physical copy)

They refused to accept my insurance card for my prescription claiming that "it didn't say anything about prescriptions on it. They insisted I had to show them a separate prescription card. (Which I didn't have because this was it.) Finally they told me to contact my insurance company to get the right card. When I took out my cell phone to call the number on my card, they told me to get out of the way because I was holding up the line. I stepped out of the way and talked to the insurance company which assured me that my card was fine and it covered prescriptions. I then had to wait in line again to talk to the pharmacist. When I told then how the call went, they didn't believe me. So I called the insurance company back and told the pharmacist that I wasn't moving until they talked to the insurance company. At this point, I started dialing and working my way through the computer menus to talk to someone again. Something went wrong with my hone connection and the call failed. I was about to dial again, but then the pharmacist said not to bother, and they took my insurance card and gave me the prescription for the insurance covered price. It took 45 minutes for what should have taken 5. Oh, and I got a statement from my insurance for the prescription, so they entered it all right. I think they just wanted to give me a hard time.

I've been using walmart pharmacy for about 3 years. Never had an issue. Like the fact they keep track of refills for me, are VERY good at getting refills prescribed. Only pharmacy that follows up with doctors if the refill isn't received.

The drive through pickup/drop off is almost unuseable. Last time I waited nearly 30 minutes to finally talk to someone just to find out they had my prescription messed up and had to wait another 10 minutes to fix it. They frequently don't apply my insurance (which is on their record) to my prescription and they don't apply the coupon saved with it either which makes my prescription 10X more

PLEASE don't waste your time at this pharmacy! My daughter was in Lynchburg for a semester and not once....NOT ONCE did they get any of her medications in a timely manner for the four months she was there! Most of the time the prescriptions were transferred to another pharmacy in town because they always had some excuse at to why the meds weren't there even though I would start calling them in a week in advance and even would get texts saying they were ready!!!! They did not care or even apologize for the HUGE inconvenience this cost our entire family every month!!
