The staff at the Pharmacy/ Walgreens are excellent! They are very fast at refilling prescriptions and are always kind. I highly recommend at the corner of on Wards Rd and Fort Avenue!!!

AMAZING customer service!!! Went here after a terrible experience with the Staples in Lynchburg and we could not be any happier. The photo center attendants were not only kind but extremely helpful and professional. We went for grad invitations to be printed and had such a quick turn around. I will only be printing with Walgreens from now on!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!I had a prescription that I HAVE to pick up within a week or else i have to go back to the doctors (and pay a $50 copay) This pharmacy didn’t have the item in stock and had a whole week to tell me, yet they didn’t tell me until i went to pick it up on the last day. They pretty much told me “too bad” and didn’t seem to care that they had made a huge mistake. Who’s gonna pay for my trip back to the doctors? Not them. Me. They are absolutely horrible at communicating and simply didn’t care that they were inconveniencing me greatly.

I stood at the register tonight with my little girl waiting to be helped. The cashier was behind us down the aisle stocking or whatever. As soon as she started walking our way a man came up behind us in line. As she got closer he started asking her about photos. She left us standing there and took him over to the photo side to wait on him. He looked back at us and said don’t you want to wait on them first and she said no. Then when she was done she started yelling at me in an arrogant tone, from the photo both, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE! And she yelled at me about 3 times until she got behind the front counter and said RUDE, then said it again, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE! I don’t know what her problem was, (it was like she was trying to upset me on purpose) or why Walgreens customer service works their line backwards, but I’ll just go to another store for now on.

Tried to get a passport photo taken but their workers don’t even acknowledge customers. Had a worker walk right by me and not respond to my question. Horrible customer service.

Had my rx sent there bc it was closer to my new residence. When I went to pick it up, they said they hadnt recieved it yet, understandable, but that they should in the next 20 mins or so, and then it would be and hour for it to be ready. Okay, cool. I had to be at work so I decided Id pick it up first thing in the morning, before work. Was at the window at 9am and was told it would be an hour for it to be ready...that they had also closed early the day before and were short staffed that morning...again, understandable, barely. Then, the kicker, she told me it was going to be 85 dollars! I obviously decided to stick with my original pharmacy at Kroger for a much milder price of 14 dollars and wayyyy better service and promptness.

Typical Walgreens. We needed to grab a couple of items. Clean store and nice staff who assisted at checkout. Thank goodness for Walgreens rewards since prices are considerably higher these days. We were able to get what we needed and was in and out pretty quickly. This location is a little dark as far as where it's located. This was my first coming here. I would return again if needed.

The entire team at store 7115 is incredible. Jason is the store manager and he always goes above and beyond with everything. Dan is the pharmacy mgr. He too is amazing. All of the techs are great as well. Kaneesha and Michelle especially. We have been customers for 15 plus years and we drive past several other pharmacies just because of the team at this store. I've been to this Walgreens 3 times in the past 48 hours. My first batch of pictures was blurry from the actual website. Employee I talked To was super sweet and said if I printed them off again from the app that may help and I could just swap them. I did and they were clear, but this time there was a white line across the top of every photo. Called to get them printed again and spoke to someone who said she would try and change out something in the printer and if they still had a line she'd call me back. Otherwise, I could still come pick them up and swap them again. I don't hear anything so I stop by this afternoon- No photos ready for me. I explain to another employee what happened and she just starts printing all of them again! Didn't even check the first photo for a line So I now have 3 packs of unusable photos and am going home for a glass of wine. I got a refund but what a frustrating experience with a bunch of minimum effort employees. Alexa, order me a photo printer off Amazon please

Takes a minute to get through the automated prompts to speak to someone (typical with most multi-role businesses) but super happy and grateful for the Pharmacy help today. I don't think I've ever had any issues here in the past and will continue to visit local Walgreens stores. Thanks Pharmacy!

the pharmacy's customer services is horrible. they are short on the phone, act like they don't want to help you. I had a mail order prescrip that did not auto fill and i called to ask about them filling today. The man i spoke to was rude and was rushing me to get off the phone, i had to dig info out of him to find out what I needed to do. I stopped using them a year ago and switched to a diff mail order company because they constantly mess up their auto fills. DO NOT USE THEM!
