I visited the Old Forest Rd US Cellular store today because I thought my phone may have been compromised during an Internet scam. Miriam Valenzuela assisted me and provided amazing service. Not only did she help with my phone, updates and navigating Apple support, she made many helpful suggestions for navigating the scam maze. If you need customer service, Miriam is the person you should definitely visit.

Miriam spent over an hour with us--two Tech challenged seniors helping my husband set up his new phone. She was patient, professional and extremely kind and respectful. She worked through a number of obstacles and was able to retrieve contacts and text messages even though my husband's previous phone was destroyed beyond use. Absolutely love Miriam. This US Cellular location has consistently given us the most helpful and knowledgeable service. Ten stars!!!
