If it were possible, I would give negative stars. I went to the Wards Road store today to buy a new phone. They had what I wanted in stock so I paid them for it and handed my current phone to the "technician" to transfer my files and apps. He transferred my contacts and photos but could not transfer any apps. He said that I would have to download and set them back up individually. I have never had any trouble having apps transferred before, so I told him to cancel the sale and give me my phone back. I think that made him mad because he removed my sd card without ejecting it, thereby corrupting the card and losing all of my files. I complained to the manager, and all he said was that it wasn't their fault and they couldn't do anything about it. I wouldn't be so angry about this if they had, at least, taken responsibility. I filed a report with US Cellular and they assured me that they were very sorry that this happened and would look into it. A word of advice: be sure to backup your memory card before handing it over to these techs. I wish I had been advised of that before I went there, instead of trusting them to know how to do their job. I definitely will not be going to the Wards Road store again!

So, I dealt with an associate today named Austin. Let me say this, this guy was spot on. I had a unique situation that needed patience and know how. He was professional, courteous and most definitely patient. If you need help, ask for Austin!!! Thanks again!!!

The associate was so nice and knowledgeable. Did not take long at all to set up a new cell phone. Very neat and pretty showroom. Everything you need is there.

I switched to this company on 12/31/23. Everything was fine until I got home only to realize, my phone was never activated! I went through the holiday weekend with no service. I was not able to talk to family, check emails, or log into my apps because I need to verify my identity through text. I tried calling and chatting with customer service several times and they could not help me. I went in store as soon as they opened and my issue didn’t seem to be important. The issue was resolved, but they did not offer any incentive for the inconvenience. I asked for a credit on my account and John said he would put it on my account. I half way believe that. This has been a horrible experience which is saddening because previously I had heard a lot of good things about this company.

Don't waste your time with this store there phone insurance company will screw you if you try to place a claim an will not replace your phone.

Went in to get 15 pro max’s was told if I upgraded my plan I would get 500 off the phone okay great my next bill cycle comes. Come to find out I’m paying full price for the phone something the should have explain to me if that was the case then I would have never got the phones now I’m stuck paying full price. That’s called false advertising

My husband and I were nervous about switching cell phone carriers we had been with ours for so many years, but walking in and speaking with Austin and getting familiar with what they had to offer was so easy. Austin was very friendly, patient and very knowledgeable and I can’t believe how he waited for my husband and I to discuss our options. He also contacted us the next day to make sure our service was working and we were satisfied. We appreciate the great customer service that Austin gave.

Aiden was extremely patient and helpful with me while getting started with USCellular. The service is great - I’ve used Verizon and Starlink Wi-Fi and had horrible lagging and now I barely experience it.

Quickest and smoothest experience I have every had at a U.S. Cellular store. Steel made adding a new phone and line to my plan a breeze. He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Excellent cusomer service!
