I would give less stars if I could. I had a heavy package and the woman at the counter barked at me to set it on the end. At which pointed she assisted the customer BEHIND me. Who also came in the door AFTER me. They seemed to be personally acquainted as they were still chatting when I left the facility. Thank goodness there was a very professional gentleman working with her or I would probably still be in the building. ;(

Christy. Christy came in the morning of a serious snow storm that was basically shutting down the city. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the printing services and helped guide me to the purchase of the best products I was in need of. She understood that I was facing a tight deadline and helped to ensure that all my assets would be printed, assembled, and shipped so as to ensure a timely delivery. This was probably the best customer service experience that I’ve ever received and I cant thank her enough for all of her help.

I needed some business cards printed. This store printed the cards for me, quality is acceptable turn around time was decent.
2 problems. 1, They said they would let me know when the cards were done, they did not, I'm glad I called, or I would not have known.
2, I asked the price on the phone, they told me 10-15 dollars, and then when I went to pick them up it was $25, for 50 business cards. Looks like they charged me a $10 fee to change the file format, despite not asking me for a specific file format. I made the design in adobe, I could have saved it as literally anything. I'm glad they got it done, I'm annoyed that they charged me for formatting that was not specified.

I love my UPS store in Boonsboro (Virginia) the employees are so kind and remember you. They are crazy efficient and do a great job all around. I have a usps up the street but it’s a nightmare so I always drive to this UPS. Always a great experience.
