Drove from the town of Amherst. Time was 2:19 when I pulled up. The sign reads “ Closed 2:30-3:30. Employee was walking out of front door early and never offered to help. NEVER ever again! Thanks for nothing UPS

I hate going to the post office, UPS, FedEx etc but I finally got the motivation to go and return my Amazon packages and ship something very expensive. When I showed up Terry, the representative, was on the phone consoling an upset customer. He was so nice and understanding on the phone. There were numerous people in and out during my visit which is why it took me so long. But the whole time Terry was checking on everyone making sure people were taken care of. He helped me package and send something very special to me and reassured me during the process. He made my awful errand that I was putting off such a nice experience! Shout out to Terry for being amazing! HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!

I came by to drop off a package. I had wrong label for the package. Terry and Ramsey were very patient and respectful. Ramsey is a great manager he handled my frustration and fixes the situation right away. Thank you again

My package continues to either be delivered to my neighbors house or I have had two large packages dropped in the middle of the street both damaged. I went on line and I have called many times to ensure they know my address is on both sides of my mail box and even registered the address on line. Now the carrier prints out my name with my neighbors address and sticks it on top of the label!! I have no issues with USPS!! This is frustrating!!!

Terry is awesome to work with. The hours at this customer service center are the oddest. Opens at 11:30, closes from 2:30 to 3:30 for lunch and closes for the day at 5:30. Not customer friendly with operating hours.

Very disappointed! Your policy, as stated in an earlier review, that a package must sit 2 or 3 days in every center on its route is just plain stupid and unexceptable. I will not make a purchase from a company that uses UPS as its carrier. You are the worstOne star is more than UPS deserves.

Cannot reach a Customer Service Rep. to ask questions. They are delivering our packages to another location and I cannot even get to talk to someone to get them to contact their driver and have him deliver the package to the right location. Very frustrating.

All packages of arriving a day late for months. When I called to have the problem fixed, I was told that it was out of their hands, that all my packages would be a day late because that's the way they do it. Then he hung up on me.Bad service.Really bad customer service.Terrible business practices.

Every delivery packages sit at this center for Multiple days before going out for delivery. Called to find out why and see if the issue could be resolved NO RESPONSE. HORRIBLE Customer service.
