Driver left my packages on back deck uncovered in the rain. I have a large front deck with roof that they should go. One of the items was a new $1300.00 phone that was full of water. This driver shouldn't work at this job. Lucky for me my provider sent me another one. And Amazon made good on there's too.

Had to use UPS to return Shentel (Glo-Fiber) cable box using bar code provided by Shentel via email. Bar code was scanned, items were placed in a box for me, receipts were printed, and I walked out in less than 2 minutes. Very helpful, kind, and professional! I recommend.

Drove from the town of Amherst. Time was 2:19 when I pulled up. The sign reads “ Closed 2:30-3:30. Employee was walking out of front door early and never offered to help. NEVER ever again! Thanks for nothing UPS

I hate going to the post office, UPS, FedEx etc but I finally got the motivation to go and return my Amazon packages and ship something very expensive. When I showed up Terry, the representative, was on the phone consoling an upset customer. He was so nice and understanding on the phone. There were numerous people in and out during my visit which is why it took me so long. But the whole time Terry was checking on everyone making sure people were taken care of. He helped me package and send something very special to me and reassured me during the process. He made my awful errand that I was putting off such a nice experience! Shout out to Terry for being amazing! HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!

Cannot reach a Customer Service Rep. to ask questions. They are delivering our packages to another location and I cannot even get to talk to someone to get them to contact their driver and have him deliver the package to the right location. Very frustrating.

My package continues to either be delivered to my neighbors house or I have had two large packages dropped in the middle of the street both damaged. I went on line and I have called many times to ensure they know my address is on both sides of my mail box and even registered the address on line. Now the carrier prints out my name with my neighbors address and sticks it on top of the label!! I have no issues with USPS!! This is frustrating!!!
