If there's ever been a poster child for customer service gone completely off the rails, it's the miserable excuse for this UPS employee. From the second I walked up to the counter, it was clear they were on a full-blown power trip, clinging to their tiny shred of authority like it was a crown and I was an unwelcome peasant in their cardboard kingdom. They spoke to me like I was a nuisance rather than a paying customer. Previously the day before I called this location to confirm they were able to ship my package and its contents, and I was told by a worker that it was no problem. This middle-aged worker made it problem and would not ship my box of toiletries. When I asked for clarification, I was met with an eye roll and attitude so theatrical it could have earned a standing ovation. They refused to help in any way. I then drove to another location and shipped my things no problem. If any clarity is needed on this experience, it would bring me the utmost joy to confirm details. But, from now on, I would rather drive an extra 40-minute round trip to a different shipping center than to ever breathe the same air of the most spiteful, petty, power drunk individuals I have ever encountered behind a service counter. It was like dealing with a low - level mall cop who thinks they are the final boss of the shipping world.

Workers can be rude. The place nickels and dimes customers unlike fedex who print ur label etc. Ups 3$ plus have to pay for a box. When I have a choice, i used fedex!!!

My husband called at 6:30 pm and explained to the girl that answered the phone that he needed to track a package. She told him she could help him do that as soon as she finished up with her customer and she put him on hold. He waited 30 minutes for her to come back to the phone and she never did. They closed at 7:00 pm. We finally realized she kept him on hold and closed up the store and left. She never came back to help him or tell him they were closing and to call back tomorrow. Horrible customer service!!

Hassle free - in and out experience dropping off my Amazon packages! I don’t own a printer, so I’ve also gone here for some print jobs. Hassle free experience and the staff was helpful!

By far this is the most unhelpful, unfriendly, UPS store I've ever been to. I showed up with an Amazon return, provided them with the label and was told that it needed to be printed, as someone without a printer I asked if they could print it out if I emailed it to them. They told me that they charged $2.00 just to receive the email.
When I asked what the charge was for they just pointed to a piece of paper they'd printed out saying it was $2.00 for the retrieval of the email and $0.35 for the item to be printed in B&W.
I've been to other UPS stores that have happily printed out labels without charging anything extra this seems like highway robbery from a store manager that has no interest in being helpful or kind to the community.
TLDR: unpleasant staff and management that apply an arbitrary rule to extort money from people who are forced to come to them by Amazon.

Stopped in here to pick up an Amazon package and it was a relatively simple and quick process. They were very busy, but the lady was still kind and efficient.

Twice now this place as delivered my packages, both valuing over 100 dollars to the wrong address, this place is a joke. Already complained the first time it happened and was ‘assured’ over the phone that they would read the delivery notes next time 🙄 clearly not

You need to stay open later on Saturday especially since you are closed on Sunday. Endless streams of customers show up just after 5pm and you are closed. No one else is closed, but you are. You are missing out on a ton of business and for people who work normal working hours it makes it hard to do returns when you are barely open outside of usual working hours.

That useless blond lady, I think her name is Jess, could not put smile on her face or look me in the eye when I'm talking to her.
She gave me some excuses in order not do her one job.
Can corporate actually look at the rest of these comments and change out the management team? The people working here put a bad image to UPS.
