First- may I suggest that you don't hire people who can't be friendly to the public when they come in. The dour blond woman working today should probably be kept somewhere away from people.
Second, I estimated the cost of my package using the online quote system for ups with all of the exact same information as is on my shipping label. I guess I got to spend an extra $10 for the privilege of being grunted at by said unfriendly person.
I was going to ask about printing but since she seemed to not want to even be there, I will save my questions for some other store with employees who aren't doing me a favor by showing up for their paycheck. If she doesn't like that job, perhaps she should consider something less people facing.
Next time I will go to usps.

I usually dread going into stores for a refund but, the staff was so friendly and helpful and it took less than 2 mins to complete. I wish all refunds could be done there.

I went here dreading returning 4 separate items but the woman who helped had me in and out under 5 minutes, super sweet, very pleasant, awesome person, made it totally painless and actually enjoyable as far as shipping something goes.
