This is our main go to pharmacy! Such care is taken with each patient to ensure they have exactly what they need. I can't say enough about the team here! My patients have loved their experiences, and I will keep sending my patients here for the excellent education they receive, quick processing and very reasonable prices. The quality of the compounding services are superb!

I've been using Timberlake Health & Wellness for the past year and have been very impressed. The individuals working the front counter have always been pleasant and helpful. The pharmacist Dr. Jodi Ettare is friendly, knowledgeable, and has been generous with taking time to talk to me about various medication options. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Waited in drive thru forever. They never called to tell me my daughters prescription was ready, I had to. They dont accept her medicaid, very expensive. Lady at window was rude as well. Very disappointed.

Dr. send over prescription and they said didn't get it until later. Then they were very rude when they were on phone to my mother in law and then me. That place is a joke.

They went above and beyond for my son. Staying open late to complete a compound prescription that all the other pharmacies in Lynchburg were unable to fill. Thank you!

I had to call them on the telephone from inside their building to get helped. No one was in the pharmacy at 5:20pm. Had to do without meds until can travel back there the next day. Very disappointed.

There is a tremendous wealth of knowledge, expertise and compassion with the staff and pharmacist. More than just selling medication, their goal is to establish a relationship with patients to guide them with their health and wellness. It brings back the feeling of the old-time family pharmacies with the most up-to-date medicinal practices.

My dog needs a compounded medication that my local pharmacy could not longer provide. My vet referred me to an online pharmacy in Arizona. It was a complete nightmare dealing with them. The staff at Timberlake was so helpful & courteous! Once they got the prescription from my vet, they called me to get my info and get the prescription rolling. It arrived at my house via mail within 2 days. Thank you Timberlake for making it easy for me!!
