Rent up $100 per month like every year. And when your rent is out, there is no way to take back the security deposit.They even charge you "electricity" and "water" even if you are already moved out a month ago and paid electric bill to separate company.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My honest opinion stay away. Vehicles get broken into weekly. The rent goes up $100+ each year. Maintenance never fixes any issues you tell them about. Apartments sick and have no lighting except for what you add. Be better off living in the streets then staying here. Lots of options that are far better than these apartments.... read full comment
