We have lived in the Gardens for the last year, during I'd say the last 4-5 months, our above neighbor has walked nonstop heavy footed, and vacuums random hours of the night, (past the time frame of "quiet time.") Has kept the kids up, woken us up, but sends noise complaints as she triggers our dogs, because they bark when she startles them, by being so loud, and has made it an unpleasant situation. The parking, there is none, we have to park extremely far away from our own building at times, also - it seems college kids, and younger individuals that are 25 and under have completely taken over the complex, and families are getting resorted to move out. We have noticed an increase in the younger adults in the parking lot areas, hanging out, and being in the way. Weed smoke, etc.Our meters for electric were randomly switched, WITHOUT our knowledge, and we had to end up paying 2,000$ for our lights to get turned back on, when The Gardens did not notify us that they made this mistake, and as for long as we knew, we were up to date on all our bills, and would not help us out.Just wanted to warn anyone that is considering moving in, Management needs to do better.

Great service! Didn’t have to ask twice for our request, it was done no questions asked. Thank you management and maintenance associates! We’re thankful to the Lord for His favor here. This is where the Lord led us for a season and it’s been pleasant.

I've been living here since March 2018. It's a really nice and quiet community, for the most part, but there are some things that really need to be improved.Cons: The rent is increasingly high, too expensive. I understand inflation but when there aren't any incentives given to residents that yearly renew their leases, it becomes a question of "Do they really care about the residents? What should they do for the loyal residents?"There are NO incentives to renew a lease. There is a $25 military discount but with the rising prices that doesn't really help much (that's taken away with the new trash pickup). Some residents have over 4-5 years of no complaints and on-time rent payments so what should be done to retain them? This place may be one of the only places that accepts pets, which is why I stay, but having to deal with some pet owners not following the rules and my dog and I being attacked by other residents' pets has me very concerned for our safety.A new trashcan policy has been put in place that residents can't opt out of even if the trash dumpster is less than 20 yards from our doors. So forced trash pickup that most do NOT want.Parking isn't really accommodating.Pros: The grounds are well maintained. The trail is great for walks, exercise and to walk your pets. There's a pool (I don't use it), a mini weight room (basic equipment), pool table, movie room...all things that I don't use but I see a lot of other residents use them.In walking distance to the grocery store (Kroger) and in a great location for food, coffee, church, etc.Overall, not a bad place to live but could use some improvements.

This is No longer a “Gated complex” Gate is wide open day and night, anyone can come and use the facilities and amenities that we the tenants are paying to keep clean and in good condition. Rent increased by almost $200. more per month this year and we still can’t believe they don’t have the budget to fix the front gates, meaning that the security here is no longer working. You can expect unwanted visitors to ring your doorbell at any moment and during anytime day or night. Despite we love this complex, but we are so concerned about this and other things that we are seeing happening around and no one paying attention. We just hope the owners and staff of this beautiful complex take control addressing the problems before is too late.

Love living here but, have noticed in the last few years that rules of leasing aren’t always enforced. Have also witnessed and am still witnessing drug dealings, license tags(2019) not enforced per lease agreements. Management has been made aware many times, with no resolve. Other than those issues, it’s been a great 6+ years here. Maintenance is awesome and I’m not planning on moving anytime soon. It’s no longer gated( gates have been malfunctioned the last 6 or so months) so it’s not as secure as it was when I moved in 2016. Cameras don’t work but otherwise, at age 76” I still feel somewhat safe. Rent was increased by almost $200.00 this year. Parking has always been an issue as well. The convenience to Timberlake is definitely a plus.

I love living at the Gardens! I appreciate that it’s a gated complex, and the amenities and walking paths definitely make this complex stand out from others in the area.

I was surprised when I saw that this apartment complex didn’t have >4 stars. The people that work at this apartment complex are the most helpful and considerate people that I’ve come across while renting. The apartments are clean, I didn’t have any pest problems, it was pretty quiet and I couldn’t hear much from my neighbors, I always found parking even when the lot filled up. I loved the pool, enjoyed the pool table with friends, celebrated my birthday in the clubhouse, grilled burgers on the outdoor grill with my husband, and walked the on-site trail most nights with my dogs while getting to know some friendly neighbors. The rent was low for the quality of the place. You can walk to Kroger anytime you need anything since you are right by it.This place is awesome and I will always have great memories here!
