I really love everything about this store except for one thing, and that one thing is enough to knock off two stars. First, what I like. I moved here recently from California, where I had easy access to Whole Foods, which was a place I did quite a bit of my shopping. It's nice that a city this size has something comparable to Whole Foods, with a wide range of organic, healthy options. I especially like the deli, bulk grains and nuts, and the take home sous vide style meals. What I dislike: it seems like nearly every time I grab something from the shelf that has a special sale price, the deal is never recognized at the register. It happens to me at least half of the time, and that is really a conservative estimate. For example, just the other day I saw a sign on the fresh-squeezed Natalie's orange juice that was "TODAY ONLY" buy one/get one free. I grabbed two and went to the register. After I was told the price for the entire ticket, I asked if the orange juice came up BOGO, because I expected it wouldn't and of course I was charged for both items. They quickly took one of the charges off with really no explanation or fanfare, like this is something they have to do often, which they probably do. Now, literally every single time I grab an item that is on sale, I will ask at the register how it rung up, and more often than not it rings up at the normal price. I'm sure that many of the shoppers here do not even check charges since this isn't the kind of store you go to when you pinch pennies, but, I really think that you can lose customers when they feel like they are purposefully getting ripped off. Maybe it is just a series of honest mistakes over the past 5 months I have shopped here, but it is really something I think they need to work on. Like I said before, everything else about this store is great.

The store was great as well as the personnel. However, my whole seedless watermelon that I purchased was not ripe. There were only about four spoonfuls that we could eat. The majority of the watermelon was pinkish/white and was disposed of. We were very disappointed in the melon. We had never gotten any fruits and/or raw vegetables that were not ready to eat. All I ask, Fresh Market is to please have the quality control you are known for.

First, let me say that I love The Fresh Market. But, I am so disappointed that someone decided to change the roasted chicken salad recipe, adding far too much mayonnaise.

I bought 5 different platters for a get together - everything was beautiful and fresh - crunchy grapes, ripe strawberries, different triangles of cheeses, nuts, wings and bistro sandwiches. This will be my caterer in the future - the Fresh Market is awesome. The employees were helpful and gracious when I went in to pick up the large order.

We have purchased three holiday meals for different holidays. All were excellent!! Last Thanksgiving, the turkey was better than I could have prepared. We have had the filet mignon special for two twice and each time it turned to be an outstanding meal with little preparation required. Thank you Fresh Market for offering such outstanding treats.

I love fresh market but the new pizzas are awful. We unfortunately bought 3 of them for our family and only one was cut, they all had so much sauce on them that we could not even pick up a slice without them falling apart. Definitely a waste of money and will skip them from now on.

The associate working at the prepared food/deli counter around 12:30pm ish today March 28th has an amazing attitude, you all are lucky to have him. He's what every business would hope to have as their employee, had to let that be known!

Megan in the meat department is a truly helpful person! She goes out of her way to ensure that I get top notch service. She is a great asset to Fresh Market and should be recognized by the company!

The deli service is abysmal. I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes. There was one person in front of me and I still haven’t been able to get my order and leave yet. the guy who is helping me is moving so slow it’s like he’s underwater. There are two men working behind here. Well, there are two men who are not working. They are both standing here apparently in competition for who can do the least amount of work. One of them doesn’t come near the customers the other one moves so slowly. I used a stopwatch so it’s 15 minutes just to get a half a pound of sliced ham. This is ridiculous. this is not the first time this is happened to me. I’ve actually stopped buying deli meats or anything from the deli because it’s torture. I had to today. It’s happened multiple multiple times.
