I don’t have a problem with the facility I have a problem with people that drive their vehicles. One of them tried to run me off of the road and then proceeded to flick me off when I did nothing wrong.

I was very excited to find a company with pumps. I contacted this company back in Oct 2016 for pump and to check for coverage they told me everything was fine and they were going to locate a pump and send it to me closer to my due date. It is now July 2017 and I'm being told I have to pay out of pocket for the pump because they did not bill my insurance till later. I now have Aetna and they say they can't help me and they are going to send me to collections. Heather was very rude And not helpful.

When my daughter needed an apnea and bradycardia monitor Kirk and Heather were phenomenal to work with... I couldn't recommend them more.

My wife and I had an excellent customer service experience when ordering an electric breast pump. Our customer service representative answered all our questions regarding health insurance coverage and handled all our paperwork in a professional and courteous manner. Our baby was born on Sunday, we called and ordered the breast pump on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday! Our customer service representative even went the extra mile to go to UPS and drop off our breast pump package on her way home from work. Tender Hearts Home Health Care truly takes its name seriously and demonstrates genuine care for its customers. Thank you for a great customer service experience!

Kirk and Heather have been helping me with my ventilator for 2 years and are always quick to answer questions when the need arises. They offer excellent and knowledgeable customer service when ordering supplies and always get back to me quickly.
