If you think car salesmen are sleezy, then you should visit this t-mobile store because I promise you they are worse. The staff only cares about getting your money, they have consistently tricked my family into hidden fees and have outright lied about the benefits we’d be receiving. For example… we have been paying for Netflix for the past 2 years without knowing, we were told that by purchasing a screen protector in store then all future protectors would be free (which was a lie, save your money and buy on Amazon), and we were pushed into a “free trial” and an updated plan because it was the “only way” to trade in and upgrade a phone. Spoiler alert- the trial was not free and we could’ve traded in our phones with the old plan at $50 less. This store sucks.

Poor poor service. A bunch of young kids who needs to learn how to help their customers when something arises. I have Protection 360 which: (i copied and pasted this) -Covers accidental damage, loss/theft and mechanical or electrical breakdown after manuf. warranty; JUMP!® Upgrades*; screen protector replacement*; tech support and security apps- THEY won't replace my screen protector because they can't see that I have the protection. But yet, I go to my account and I see I pay for it every month. I had to go to another store, a farther store out of my way. They are unwilling to help.

Jon from this location was super helpful. We had several complications that factored in and he made the process as understandable and simplified as he could. He explained everything so thoroughly so my mother and I understood the whole process. I highly recommend him for future experiences!

Was looking for a new phone and network went there and they gave me such a great deal on a new Samsung I went to them rite then and there. The girl that waited on me forgot her name was sweet and considerate.

Josh and Tina were outstanding in getting service switched on 4 lines numbers ported even at the end of the work day!! Customer service at its finest that I would never get from V! I think I’m gonna love T-mobile! This particular store is awesome! Thanks!!! And bye bye Verizon!!

Josh was an awesome salesman, he was knowledgeable of the service and products. Josh walked me through the entire setup of my new Samsung 22plus. After about 2 days of having the phone, I mistakenly locked my phone, he did some troubleshooting and I was able to unlock my phone without a hard reboot and losing all of my data. I went to two other phone stores in this area and they both told me the only way to unlock the phone I'd have to hard reboot. So I definitely will continue to visit Josh at T-MOBILE Old Forest Road for my phone service. Thank you Josh.

Came into the store yesterday evening and had the best experience I've had at any cellular store in years.I've been with Verizon, AT&T, & T-Mobile and in the past I would give my overall experiences with cellular stores about a C+/B- but my experience while in this store last night was pleasantly much better.I won't bore you with the details, but story short I came in with a technical issue with my daughter's phone. Two gentlemen were working that night and the one who assisted me was Josh. Josh took the time to actively listen to the back story of what happened, and then took the phone to verify a few settings and set her up with a fresh sim card. After hours of trying to figure it out on our own he finished the job within minutes.Once that was done, he asked if there was anything else and assisted with a few more adjustments to my apple watch and plan to ensure everything was correct and to my preferences.On top of being so helpful, before I left he went over all the latest things going on with T-Mobile that I hadn't known about and making me knowledgeable of everything that I had access to should I choose it.Josh showed the characteristics of what all companies should strive for when hiring for customer relationship, sales, and even all managerial roles. To make sure your customers/clients are informed, listened to, and treated as more than just the face of your next sales pitch.

I visited this store today and arrive at 10:01. One minute after opening with only one customer walking in right before me. I waited 50minutes before walking out because apparently only one computer can be used for sprint customers. The employee “helping“ the customer ahead of me was forgetful and inefficient. To quote her “one day I hope I’m good enough to not keep making mistakes” as she messed up his total for the nth time. After 50minutes all she had managed to do is ring him up. No data transfers, not applying a screen protector, nothing else (expect invite herself to go hunting with him ??♀️)… which meant myself and the 5 other customers who had walked in after me were left waiting even longer. I eventually left without being helped because I had my baby with me and he needed to be fed. If merging with sprint means less access to assistance for both sets of customers it seems like it will just lead worse customer experiences for T-mobile.

On September 19 of 2022 I visited the T-Mobile store at 3901 Old Forest Rd. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by a young women by the name of Keara. I cannot say enough about how pleasant and helpful she was. She was very knowledgeable about the products and services that are offered. Being a senior. I am somewhat challenged by computers and newer phones. Keara was very patient and very good at explaining things. I purchased a new iPhone, and also purchased a new iPad as mine was so old that it can no longer be updated. Again, this was a great experience, and I am very thankful to Keara for her excellent assistance.Timothy Silvester

I waited about 45 minutes in line just for them to tell me I have to call a number for help with my problem. What’s even the point of the store?EDIT: This morning I called the T-Mobile Support and waited on hold for over an hour just for them to tell me the issue cannot be resolved over the phone and must be done in store. At this point I'm about to freak out. I'm owed a 60 dollar credit because I cancelled my service and it seems as though it's impossible to get.

My experience with Josh & Suzanne was amazing. They were very patient and calm when handling our situation and they were very professional at their work.
