They need an empty star because 1 is just too much, this place is terrible , I came in to order a new card and was told to wait u til she finishes others in line. She literally kept taking everyone coming in the door while I waited, I went to the Truist by the hospital they got me right in 5 minutes. Do not go here!!

Very disappointed in the tellers professionalism, very rude, have quite the attitude, had been with bb&t for over 8 years the merger made this another big bank that doesn't care about it's customers.

I had a really difficult time with the branch manager at the Boonsboro location. I would recommend taking your business to another branch.
