My father rented from here for years. Suddenly they decided to auction off his stuff with no notice given to him. No phone call, no email, nothing. Thousands of dollars wasted, and sentimental stuff gone forever. This company should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT RENT HERE!
Update: He was paid until 9/20 and you auctioned the unit on 9/25. 5 DAYS AFTER! Again, ZERO NOTICE. He lives in Germany, you did NOT mail him anything. You also did NOT contact him. He simply needed to be contacted. He WAS NOT. The actions you all took are criminal.
