Awful experience when trying to order business cards. I ordered these 12/6 and still haven't gotten them. They had to send them off to order them (which would've been fine for quality). They said that they would call when these were back. I never got a call. With the holidays, I just assumed that they were backed up. I called last week and asked if they were in. They said yes. I told them that I would be in to grab them. I came in on Monday and they threw them away apparently. I ended up asking for a refund. Very disappointing.

The worst experience I have ever had in a print shop. It was clear that no one working in the copy center was professional and they made it very clear that they were not interested in helping. I will never return.

I love this team; they greet me by name. They take care of me every time. They always communicate the timeline of my print requests. Overall a wonderful time walking into the print shop.

This review is 5-star specifically for our visit to get internationally sized passport photos. Best, if not the only place in Lynchburg that can provide non-standard size passport photos (we first tried Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart). Thank you to Staples for providing this service!

Avoid this location. The black woman in the print station doesn't know how to use the equipment and is there for a paycheck. Just a small vocabulary and little technical knowledge. Shout out to the print station for completely missing the assignment. This location matches lynchburg and the surrounding areas. Disappointing is an understatement. I've warned you. Lol

Manager was completely unprofessional and rude! I was inquiring about simple printing options and he was annoyed by doing his job. He scoffed at me several times and spoke very condescendingly. In the maybe 5 minutes I was in this store it was unpleasant. I'll take my business elsewhere.

They no longer sell American Made Disposable face masks...they now come from China...and for the past several weeks...a lot of horrible saturated COVID air is still lingering

I recently updated my OS on my Mac. I lost Microsoft office. I was under the impression I had to go purchase the entire $249 package again. Upon speaking with Lynn at the front desk, she told me I could contact Microsoft, they would look up my account, and I re-download it. I did and I appreciate her guidance. That’s why I continue to go to Staples. Customer service and always doing what’s right for their patrons. Good job Lynn!!!

Only came in to make copies for a class I have and was pleasantly surprised to find out the process was very easy to use. nice lady behind the counter even checked to make sure I got everything done right and was very pleasant.

While the prices aren’t especially low, they do have a wide range of office chairs and supplies in stock. Impressed when I called ahead, an employee found what I needed and set aside for me to quickly pick up at the register. A good resource in Lynchburg for printing and copying as well!

I'm not very computer literate and an associate must have seen the confused look in my eyes, and she asked if I needed help. I told her that I needed a keyboard that was compatible with my laptop, and she found me a keyboard/mouse combo at the reasonable price of $27. There were many keyboards to choose from at a wide variety of prices. Staples has all the accessories you need for your laptop or desktop computer. I was impressed with the friendliness of the associate and the cleanliness of the store; I will come here next time I need a new computer or an accessory for my computer.
