My husband and son go here for regular cuts. They stay busy, so they check in on-line first to save time. Most of the time they do a good job but 2x the cuts were not well, they gave credits for the next cuts.

First time I went in here, all the tension and all the stress in me were suddenly.......gone......it felt like walking into heaven, the workers have given me one of the best haircuts ever and the shoulder massage and the hair washing placed me within a trance of true relaxation. One of the best haircut places ever made! Keep up the good work everyone!

Staff is always really friendly and connects through conversation. They always listen to your thoughts on your hair and are able to turn that into a great haircut. Remember folks it’s just hair it’ll grow back.

Wait list is a TOTAL joke. Obnoxious sports people CONTINUOUSLY in a shouting contest. This will be my last trip to sports clips. TOO sports for me and extremely obnoxious tv!!!!

Why is there a big sign next to the door that says "NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED"?Got a coupon in the mail for a free hair cut. Got there at 4:15 and the young lady it will be about 10 minutes. I thought, that's not too bad. Took a seat and while waiting 2 other gentlemen came and signed in at the desk. After waiting 15 minutes one of the stylists checked out a customer and I thought OK, I'm next. No!!! she called one of the gentlemen that came in 15 minutes after I did. I thought OK I have got to be next. Well 30 minutes after I arrived the other gentleman was called to be next. That did it, I advised the young lady to take my name off of the waiting list and left. It looks like to me I will be going back to my old fashion "WHOS NEXT" barber shop.

If you don’t check in online, then don’t bother with this place. Just sat there for about an hour so because I was stupid enough to walk in and try to get a cut.. watched 8 people walk in and go before me+ the other gents who were also waiting and they still had 6 people checked in online. Left without even getting a cut.

This review is regarding the online check-in process. Don’t bother checking in with your preferred stylist, the online system is not correct with time. As I parked in the lot, the online checkin process said I had a 5 minute wait for my preferred stylist, but that person had just sat down with another walk-in client creating a 30 minute wait for me. I understand you might wrap up a haircut early, but if that’s the case at least call the scheduled client to see if they’re close by… The response from the store was just oh well - “if you’re not here when she’s finished, she has to take the next person.” I’m all for that if I was late based on the time your online system told me to be there, but I wasn’t…

Online check in is pointless. You will have a long wait no matter if you check in online or not. Said I had a three minute wait when I checked in. Got to the shop, 18 minute wait.

I walked into this place as a first time customer. The whole digital process was an entire mess. I waited 15 mins after checking in once I got there. I was told by text that I was up next. Right before I was about to go sit to have my haircut 3 guys come in, and sit before me after I waited 15 mins. So I got up and walked out. The sad thing is someone else before I walked out also did the same thing. Not everything has to be digital these days. Whatever happened to communicating with people? I will not be coming back in the future.
