King i8 360 Smart Bed purchased 2 years ago. We've had multiple problems with the same issue.See attached picture.We contacted sleep number about this issue of spots showing up on the mattress. They said it was our issue as it looked like stains and we probably had food in our bed. We always have a waterproof mattress protector on it. Nope. This was a 6k+ purchase, I'm taking care of it.. I fought them on this and it was under the one year warranty so they sent a replacement cover for the bed.We'll this picture is the SAME issue in the same spot of the bed for the new cover. No clue what's happening and customer service is absolutely helpless and claim it's my issue. Not the bed.Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sleep Number.Update: I posted this review and received the reply call this number and ask to speak to a higher up. I did. They said send us the picture. I did. They said oh it’s staining and your fault. We don’t cover this.Exactly the same problem I had last time. They don’t listen and don’t care. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend.

Alex was super. Took all the time with us. No rush at all. Asked all the right questions to see what we really wanted and needed. Never once tried to up sell. She was very very knowledgeable of all the different models. Took delivery this week and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend. Thank you Alex.

My husband and I worked with Cullen to purchase a Sleep Number product. Cullen gave a receipt and noticed as he was giving it to us that he ordered the wrong product. At that point, which was after hours for customer service, Cullen stated he would contact them the following day to correct the order. Cullen advised customer service was "top notch" and would assist. Unfortunately Cullen did not follow through and contact customer service. My husband and I found out when we followed up to make sure everything was in place. Sleep Number Customer Service would not honor the quoted prices. Obviously this was Cullen's mistake, but would not fix the issue their employee created. Customer Service was less than helpful and not "top notch."

Cullen, the store employee, was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision to purchase another Sleep Number bed. Highly recommend Cullen and the mattress.

Great products and even greater customer service. Brian and Alex really rocked it. I'd highly recommend them especially if you are just entering the smartbed market as we were. They didn't oversell or undersell us on their product line. I think we got exactly what we needed and at a great price. I coudn't be more satisfied.

We had the best experience. This was really a low/no pressure experience. The associates let the beds speak for themselves. BUT, that doesn't mean that they weren't helpful. ALL, and they were numerous, of my questions got answered.1 month with our new bed and we are very, very happy.The whole process was very positive, the sales, the delivery and every step in between.And I thought the bed I had before, my 20 year old King Koil, was comfortable, And it was. But it wasn't this comfortable.Yes, expensive, but so far we feel it's worth it.We also bought a new frame, to keep the kitties out from under the bed. The refined sidewing in charcoal chenille. We have sharp clawed kitties and it still looks new a month later. Can't vouch for other fabrics, but this one holds up well to wear and tear.

The Lynchburg Sleep Number store was very easy to deal with. We interacted with three different sales people over a period of several weeks. All were friendly and patiently explained the difference between bed models. Our purchased was handled quickly and we felt the quality of customer service was excellent.

The sales person was very untruthful.I called before I went and specifically asked about delivery charges and she said oh no they are included in the price of the bed! Wrong I got a bill for delivery of $279.00!She also said now let's pick out the kind of pillows you get with the bed. And then mattress pad and sheets. We we're astatic by then. The mattress Was on sale I think???! Well we get home and started looking at the ticket Sure enough all the items were listed and not free. So my daughter went back to store to return items. Then Alex said if you use another mattress cover and something happens like a spill it is not covered if you use another cover!So we had to purchase it!I will say the delivery person was very nice and set it up explaining everything he could! I despise deceitful people and probably want keep it because of Alex!Thanks

The sales people at the Sleep Number store are very polite and very helpful to their customers. They answered all our questions and got us squared away with the best bed for us. I highly recommend shopping at their store.

My husband and I stopped by Sleep Number in Lynchburg Friday evening shortly before they closed. Brian greeted us and did a wonderful job helping up pick the perfect mattress. He was personable and friendly, he never felt pushy. By the time we finished the paperwork and ordered our mattress it was well past closing and we never felt rushed or pressured.

We randomly stopped in on our mattress search today, and met Angela. She was immediately no-pressure, and allowed us to try out a bed and some pillows. She answered all of our questions and ultimately led us to a bed that my wife and I both agreed was comfortable. (Check out the pillows, too!) After some deliberation, we decided to get one, and Angela quickly took care of getting us financed. Through the whole process, we were in the store about an hour and half. We checked out almost all of the models. Most of it was business at hand, but there was plenty of casual talk. I always felt like we were talking to a friendly person and not a saleswoman. If you are searching for a new mattress, I 100% recommend stopping in and seeing her! As for the product itself, I will review it after a few weeks of use.

This is possibly the best buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Alex was very knowledgeable and down to earth, just the type of person you enjoy dealing with. All of the staff there were very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this store.

You need to know if you are going to buy from this company, a mistake on your order, or even downright dishonesty on their part will cost YOU!!! It should be pointed out from the start this is a situational review on the company and not the product. My issue occurred several months ago and I have put off writing the review to allow time to pass and see if my feeling is as strong now as when the issue occurred. I have been a Sleep Number customer for three years and love the product. My original bed was a "middle of the line" bed. The base would only elevate the head; however, I was fully able to control all of the beds features via the app. I loved having this ability almost as much as I loved the bed. Earlier this year my wife and I decided to upgrade to the "top of the line" bed. In March we went to the local Sleep Number Store and were very clear with the salesman what we wanted, as well as the amount of money we were willing to spend. He informed me there was a "huge sale" coming up next month and if we could wait until then we could save a lot of money. We agreed, leaving him with the list of everything we wanted and with the promise he would contact us after speaking to his manager to get a more accurate price. Two weeks later he called with "good news" as he was able to get everything on our list under our budget. We left with the understanding he would call me once the sale started and I would place the order on the phone. In April, his manager called to place the order however, this time the total was well over our budget. Turns out the salesmen neglected to include the frame and headboard in the first estimate. I instructed her to call me back the next day after I had had the opportunity to discuss this with my wife. Three days later I called them and low-and-behold get the original salesman. I informed him we had decided to proceed without the frame and headboard, but I wasn't very happy. He apologized for his mistake and gave me a new total. Once again it is well over my budget; apparently he had not priced the base correctly. This time I am very upset and let him know it, in fact I told him we were just going to forget the order all together. Keep in mind the salesman work on commission (I have confirmed this). He ask me to give him a moment to see what he could do and after several moments he says "oh I see my mistake now", and gives me a price under my budget. To clarify, I reviewed my entire order with him, which he confirmed. For some reason I even went as far to ask him to confirm I would be able to control everything via the app. Again he confirmed. So imagine my surprise when my bed is delivered and it has three separate remotes per side (six total)!! Turns out that even though I ordered and thought I was getting the "top of the line" base, the order was placed for a much lower level base. When I called the store to find out what was going on, brace yourself, the salesman no longer works for Sleep Number. In fact, he had already given his notice when he processed my order. The manager confirms he had placed the order for exactly what I received, despite telling me I was getting what I wanted. Classic bate and switch. Yes, I do believe this was intentional, however I could never prove it and to what avail. I did of course call to complain and this part I will summarize. Two weeks, four different agents, even a letter to the CEO and every single time, the only way they would make this right was for me to spend more money. They all admitted the company was in the wrong, but to make it right required me to dig deeper. The amount kept decreasing but their every offer required me to dig deeper into my pocket. Mind you, I even told them I accepted the fact I was not going to get the base I was supposed to unless I spent more money, but I had no more to spend and it simply wasn't a possibility. I asked them to go a different direction and just try and make this issue right with their customer. How they did so I totally left up to them. Hone

We had been interested in buying online, but wanted to see them in person. We went to our local sleep number and we were greeted with a friendly smile. We were helped by Kaitlyn, she was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! She was available to us during the process and accommodated us when we couldn’t come back in to order. She helped me order my bed over the phone and got us a great deal. So thankful for her customer service!
