Alex was super. Took all the time with us. No rush at all. Asked all the right questions to see what we really wanted and needed. Never once tried to up sell. The Lynchburg Sleep Number store was very easy to deal with. We interacted with three different sales people over a period of several weeks. All were friendly and patiently explained the difference between bed models. Our purchased was handled quickly and we felt the quality of customer service was excellent.
