I have had a unit here for a couple of years, and I absolutely adore Kathy!! She is so kind, and takes the time to have a small conversation when it needs to happen. Customer service is excellent.

Kathy at the Timberlake Road office is fantastic! She helped me choose the correct size storage and was happy to show me the available units. I like the way this business uses a combination of symbols and my code to make the units more secure. They also sell locks, which was helpful.

Kathy provided AMAZING customer service! I needed a unit for only a month at 8117 T Rd The rate was very reasonably discounted. The location is safe and secure, and the staff is very attentive. The hours of accessibility are quite extensive as well (6 AM -10 PM). I highly recommend IStorage.Thanks again for OUTSTANDING SERVICE ?!

This was the best experience. Kathy at store 8117 Timberlake Road in Lynchburg, VA went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’ve rented different storage units over the last 20 years, but never had such a pleasant experience like I did this facility.

Only thing good about this place is the location. Gate is permanently open so security is immediately compromised. Our unit was leaking and moldy inside. had to cover everything with tarps and put moisture absorber all over the place and pray it doesn't get moldy over the summer. Called and of course there were no units available right then although there were tons of units without locks. There's never anybody in the office and you have to deal with the corporate 1-800 number. Rented because we didn't know any better and had to - did it all online without seeing it. We won't rent from them again. Rate started at $66/m and went to $86/m over the course of our 3m rental. These 5 star reviews with no comments have to be plants or fake.

I called, and had to fill out a bunch of stuff on line, booked this and went to the unit I was assigned and it was unlocked, but full of someone else's stuff. I called again and he was you will have to talk to management and they are closed today. I said that's not going to work for me. We opened the unit beside it and it was empty. We asked if they could change units to this one, they Said no. I asked if we could move the stuff out of our unit and into the vacant one. They finally agreed to this, do not only did we have to move our stuff in, but we had to move someone else's stuff out. Not a great experience.
