I was nervous to try sending my package again after the lady over at the Clay Street post office tried to scam me into paying $54 to send my 1.2lb box after a long wait in line. The man at the Boonsboro USPS window was honest and gave me the $14.55 shipping cost without me needing to show him the screenshots I took of the postal service website. Great people and no long wait! Even though it's 15 minutes out of my way, I am coming here from now on.”

“I hate going to the post office, UPS, FedEx etc but I finally got the motivation to go and return my Amazon packages and ship something very expensive. When I showed up Terry, the representative, was on the phone consoling an upset customer. He was so nice and understanding on the phone. There were numerous people in and out during my visit which is why it took me so long. But the whole time Terry was checking on everyone making sure people were taken care of. He helped me package and send something very special to me and reassured me during the process. He made my awful errand that I was putting off such a nice experience! Shout out to Terry for being amazing! HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!”
