The Shell (Templeton’s) on 4928 Richmond Highway in Lynchburg is not somewhere you want to stop.I went in and politely asked if I could use the restroom. The older lady rudely said “NO” in a loud aggressive tone and said “it’s due for cleaning”I asked when it’s being cleaned? Could I use it really fast before cleaning begins?She rudely said “NO” again and she told me to buy a drink, pour it out and go in the bottle!! I couldn’t tell if she was serious or not. I asked her are you serious? She said “That’s how we did it in the old days”Really?This lady needs to be coached asap or removed. Absolutely unacceptable!This place used to have some nice people working here. Not now.

RUDE OLD WOMAN WORKING THE REGISTER!! If i could give no stars I WOULD. I came in to try to use the bathroom but had a $4000 puppy I wasn’t leaving in their parking lot and she got really short and rude with me on not bringing him in. TO USE THE BATHROOM? Someone hates their job, get less crabby workers.

Holy cow!! We just stopped here to fuel and get snacks. When I walked in, an older female employee was SCREAMING an an elderly woman who had just used the restroom about "destroying" the bathroom. She was yelling and cussing the elderly woman out in front of everyone in the store. She even followed her outside to continue yelling and cussing at her!!! I will NEVER stop at this place again, I feel so bad for that elderly lady.
