Service was HORRIBLE...I waited over 6 weeks for a bumper then all of a sudden 2 come in all in one week ...never will use them again !

I had to get my bumper repaired and they were very kind and repaired it quickly. They also were nice enough to wash my car which I was not expecting.

They did an amazing job on my car . I hit a deer and damaged front passenger side. It was literally a week when I got it back and they kept me updated all the way through. Highly recommend.

Called in to get scheduled for estimate on truck damage. There was a little wait but they stay busy for a reason. They do really good work! I really liked getting the text updates on repairs.

This past February, I took my car to Sandrof after a deer hit my car two days before Thanksgiving, 11 days into having the car. So I wanted my baby to be well taken care of.. Going to Sandrof on Wards Rd was easily the best decision we made. They got us in quickly. The service was excellent, the people were so kind and helpful. They were very transparent and prompt about the progress of my repair. They answered all my questions with such patience. Upon pickup, my husband came with me to check everything over. He does not let anyone work on his cars, and even he said he would take his cars to them! Now THAT is pretty impressive, and to say we were beyond impressed in an understatement. She was very clean all around, paint looked like it was touched up, they even cleaned the motor! I didn’t expect a detail, but what a wonderful surprise! They took such excellent care of us and my car. Hopefully we won’t need their services again, but there is no question about where we will go for any future repairs. This was such a great experience and I cannot recommend Sandrof Wards Rd enough. Thank you guys so much!

Unfortunately I usually do not dedicate time to leave good reviews. The negative experiences will sometimes prompt me to share but the service I received at Sandrof was exceptional. Staff was friendly. Repairs were quick communication was great!!

The service was fantastic! Our insurance company gladly matched the estimate as it must’ve been fair. The vehicle was ready on time. They did a great job of texting us throughout the entire repair process so we had a really good idea of when the car would be ready. I would highly recommend them.
