“I would like to recognize Tim and the team at the 7401 Timbrerlake Road location in Lynchburg, VA. They were all very professional, apologetic, and very concerned about the broken chain on the tow dolly that was broken when the tow dolly was issued to me by the team in Madison, TN. Tim apologized, asked if everything was okay, and promised to repair the chain. He and his team also looked into the additional miles I had to use to run down the tow dolly and did all they could to ensure the additional mileage was factored into the contract. I gladly award five stars to the team at the Tiimberlake location. I would use U-Haul just because of the way Tim and his team treated me. That is professionalism and excellence in action!”
