Somehow got a nail embedded into one of our tires unfortunately right before a trip. We tried another shop and they were so rude to us. Thankfully, we stopped by Tire Express and not only were they really nice and professional but they also got us a new tire by the next day. Overall a pleasant experience. If we ever are in need of service again we will return.

The best service I have received in years. The salesman David is outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me. Everyone was friendly and professional at the Lynchburg, VA site. I will definitely recommend them to friends, families, and neighbors.

Shout out to RNR! Nate was super helpful in getting my issues addressed. They were quick, friendly, but most of all, competent! I knew the previous tire installers hadn't balanced them properly and these guys confirmed it and balanced them correctly. Thank you! Check them out!

When I woke up Saturday morning, my newish Falken Wildpeak tire looked low on air. I checked the pressure and sure enough the PSI had dropped more than 15 points in a week. No one was open so I called RNR. I walked right in, sat in their waiting room for about 30 minutes and Nate called me over to say the job was done. When I asked what the damage was, Nate replied, it’s free….Alex (mechanic) did the job for free. Incredible start to my Saturday. Thanks guys.

David Dudley and his team are incredible!! I went to them because I was told by a local dealership that there was a nail in my tire that needed plugged and it was rejected for a state inspection. After taking a thorough look at my tires, David and his team determined the screw had not punctured the tire and was easily removed. They also informed me that a nail in a tire would not fail a state inspection. Needless to say I will not longer go back to that dealership and will be using RNR going forward. I highly recommend their team!!

Definitely recommend for tire repair. Questions were answered via text within 30min of the store opening, was seen the same day I called, no appointment necessary, and my tire was repaired within a half hour! Friendly employees, super clean place. And to to top it off it didn't cost me anything!
